So far, so good at Sweets Cleaners. We had to switch from our long-​time neighborhood cleaner due to poor service and ruining of shirts and pants more often than not.
Sweets has a handy 20% discount if you bring your clothes on Thursday, so that’s the new routine. The only thing I’m not crazy about is they only have one small counter, so it’s kind of a pain when dumping a lot of stuff out of your laundry bag. Another little item is that they don’t offer to help you get the huge bundle of clean clothes out to your car.
The good far outweighs the bad, though, especially the super nice people behind the counter both early morning and afternoon. Easy to get to, easy parking, and easy to get back on William Cannon for your driving pleasure.

I will add more to this review later but zero stars to this junk. Staines on my shirt. What looks like blood on the elbow of my white dress shirt. Whoever irons for them is terrible. Wrinkles everywhere on everything. Nothing is ever cleaned or ironed properly. When I complained to the guy behind the counter he blankly stared at me and gave me a number I could call to file a complaint. Nothing. Never bring your clothes here. Never. I don’t like bashing businesses on Unilocal but this is for the publics good.

If you are just new to the city or just in desperate need of a place to clean your clothing on a saturday this is the place but make sure you arrive before 10 a. m and you can pick them up the same day which is awesome. Its hard to find this kind of service on a saturday so keep supporting small businesses and they will continue to give you what you need. Kudos on the cleaning they did an amazing job no complaints from me.

We only trust Sweets to dry clean/​launder anything and everything. Every time we’ve tried another place, stuff gets messed up, majorly. Few complaints about Sweets, but even those complaints, they’ve worked hard to fix as quickly as possible.
The staff is great. They listen when the customers comment. They’ve only had one woman who wasn’t great, and she’s no longer there. REALLY appreciate that! They do a good job, are honest when they couldn’t take care of something and it’s quick to drop off and pick up.
Knowing our clothes come back in better condition than when dropped off, is a 5 star in my book. (and we are VERY picky about our clothes).

This place is AWFUL! Will NEVER do business here after the way I experienced their customer service issues! Apparently I am not the only one who feels this way either. Read others reviews about other locations! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!

Sweets always gets the job done and its one of the few reliable places that if you drop off before 9am you can pick up by 5:30−6pm the same day with no extra charges. They also have specials for Thursday drop offs. The people who work there are friendly, considerate and always helpful with what the best way to clean a particular item. I’ve used them for years now and other than one time where a button went missing I have nothing bad to say. I highly recommend Sweets.
