Venue was empty on a Wednesday morning. Venue empty. Came in and got a haircut quickly. Nothing special, but the razor job was better than the last place I went to so I would recommend this place if you want a simple haircut, but nothing amazing.

I was a repeat customer. Today I called to ask about a certain hair treatment, the person on the other end jumped the gun before I could even finish what I was trying to say and assumed I was talking about something completely different. This person was rude, cut me off, and I will never bring my family back. If customers cannot ask questions, then you shouldn’t be working with the public.

I have been going to Supercuts since I relocated to Texas in 2007. I was lucky to have a lady in Mansfield, Texas who was a great stylist! When I relocated to Austin, Texas I was uncertain if I could find someone as talented that was also not going to «break the bank». I was lucky to find Sarah F. and she has been my stylist for a year. Talented!!! Call ahead for an appointment or if you will be late for an appointment call and let them know. I never have to wait very long. Everyone has been very friendly. I truly enjoy visiting SuperCuts and Sarah!!!

i was blessed with certain things in life, an overwhelming knowledge of pop culture trivia, a gambling addiction, the ability to watch entire seasons of tv shows in a weekend, however, i wasnt blessed with great hair. its curly, thick, grows in all directions and is just not easy to cut. everytime i have been to this location they have done a great job as artists given such terrible material to work with. also everyone there that i have encountered is really great at the awkward small talk one has with a hair stylist in that it isnt awkward at all. highly recommend.

I’ve been to a few different supercuts and this one is my favorite! This location is super clean, fancy and friendly! I was shocked by the top notch service I received. Who would have thought that after you get your boys haircut they have a warm wash clothes ready to wipe off any hair that stayed on around your face/​neck. I’ve never seen this at the other locations (Kyle/​William Cannon). It’s the small things that really make your experience the best.

In from out of town and needed a quick cut. Went here based on Unilocal search based purely on name recognition and distance from my location. Haircut was good but the shampoo chair was woefully uncomfortable given my size.

Today was my husbands 3rd time getting his haircut at this location. The past two times he was extremely pleased with the cut and the stylist. However, today things were completely different. It was obvious the stylist was new (she was being shown how to use the register) and that is fine. But… the haircut she gave my husband left a lot to be desired. He came home with red gashes on his neck from the trimmer and his hair barely looked like it was cut. Out of frustration he left without saying anything. To put it mildly we are very disappointed. Get it together SuperCuts or your business won’t last.

I was in here last a couple days ago and it was great! Bre cut my hair exactly how I wanted and made me feel comfortable and not rushed! I will definitely be going back there from now on!
