I’ve only been here once, and I had a nice experience. I placed/paid for my order online and it was ready when I went to pick it up 15 minutes later. An older gentleman who seemed like the manager greeted me and was very very sweet. He apologized for not having the chips I ordered. Then told me to have a blessed day and said«I’ll see you tomorrow!» Jovial customer service like that goes a long way.

The seating area was dirty. The person who made the sandwiches was indifferent to us. The tables had not been cleaned. I bought a bottle of water and the bottle was greasy and dirty.

Not too bad at all for a subway. Driving up is a bit scary, so I suggest walking in. It is always full and busy at peak hours, but the employees don’t seem to lose their cool. Even with all the customers at lunch they make an effort to keep it clean.

When I used to eat subway this location, was quick, decent and over all a great in and out process. But since I found out they put yoga mat material in their product, I’ll never go back. Hence why it got two stars.

I rolled into this place before headed into Church for a breakfast sandwich. The young hispanic girl working the sandwich line needs to be fired immediately. She is totally CLUELESS. I asked for a breakfast sandwich. You would have thought I was speaking French. She glared at me like she did not know what I was saying. I had to repeat my order 5 times. All I wanted was a bacon, egg and cheese on flat bread. She was like, «Ham?» Did I say ham? I said, «Bacon, Egg and Cheese.» She did ask if I wanted it toasted or not. I was amazed that she was even able to do that right. She had to get the manager who was in the cooler, who comes around the corner talking that she was from the«da hood». I respect the fact that everyone needs a job. If you are a manager, I would think that speaking clearly and not like you are living in the ghetto would be important. Apparently Subway, you are scrapping the bottom of the barrel with employees. I was not real impressed with the quality of service. The food was ok. It was about what I expected, not for the $ 5.00 price I paid. I did not even get a combo meal. If I wanted microwaved heated eggs, I would have eaten at home. The service was not even fast. I was the only one in line and it still took forever for my sandwich to be made.

What’s the difference between Subway locations that’s worth reviewing? If you’re a carnivore, not much. They’re all about the same. But for vegetarians, there’s one thing that makes all the difference. See, each Subway has the option of including the Veggie Patty sub on their menu. Some do, some don’t. The ones that don’t suck, because then vegetarians have one and only one sandwich option — the Veggie Delite, which is nuthin, it’s just the veggies without the meat. This location’s got the Veggie Patty, so they get a good review.
