What a great pharmacy! Not only is the staff personable and friendly, they run a great business that really caters to their customers needs! They have gone above and beyond to make a complicated situation for me into pure ease. Thank you Stonegate!

They call me to tell me they do not have the drug in stock to fill and that I can get it three days later. I tell them I will call another pharmacy to see if they have it in stock. The other pharmacy does have it available. I tell Stonegate I am going to have it transferred. They say Ok. The other pharmacy transfers the prescription. Stonegate however never unbills insurance for the prescription and so I can’t get it filled at the other pharmacy because insurance already shows it filled by Stonegate… even though Stonegate said they could not fill it and they never actually filled it. They even transferred it over.
