Love this place. It’s always busy, but they move people through quickly. Great staff — order is always right. They are a fun group — everyone always seems happy and are very helpful.

The atmosphere at this store is great. The team is courteous, professional and very efficient. I love their green ice tea in addition to their great coffee.

Becca is amazing. Love seeing her in the mornings. Never had a wrongly made drink at this location. Everyone is so knowledgable and kind.

It’s true, this is the best Starbucks in Austin.
Very fast and friendly. My latte couldn’t have tasted better. Everyone who works here is very nice, sweet and have patience which isn’t usually the case around town. It’s worth drive if you want to escape the downtown locations and I can see myself studying here again in the future.

This Starbucks crew is one of the most consistently upbeat team attitudes I’ve experienced. In addition, they are one of the most efficient Starbucks teams I’ve seen. Even when the place is packed, it rarely takes more than a few minutes to get your order.

We come here way too much. The staff — Andrea, Becca, Jordan, Ned, Tom, Katie, Donna, Yuri (that I can name) are all stars. It’s friendly. Fun. And neighborhoody for a Seattle coffee chain. Little known fact, there used to be a former corporate Starbucks employee who was a barista here before moving to London.
Good place don’t change it!

I don’t often write great reviews about major corporate chains like Starbucks but I feel like i must this time.
I drove up the road this evening to this location to grab a couple of coffees for myself and my girlfriend. After ordering, I realized i didn’t have my wallet on me — if you’ve ever done this you know that kind of sick feeling you get in the pit of your stomach. It’s just awful. I told the cashier, Tommy i think was his name, that i’d run to my car to see if i had left it there. Well, it wasn’t there so i just grabbed all the loose change i could from my car and headed back in to see if i could cover the drinks. As i started counting it out i think the cashier and I both realized that i didn’t have enough. All he said was «let me make it easier on you» and dropped the price by about 3 dollars.
Sure, 3 dollars is such a tiny amount, but when you don’t have it… then you just don’t have it :). I don’t have any idea whether the cashier spotted me the 3 dollars or if Starbucks took the hit. Regardless, it’s these little acts of kindness from exception staff that are far too rare.

They’re all nice and the drinks are pretty consistent but the AC is out of control! It’s always freezing.

I liked my visit here — It wasn’t too loud, and folks here kept their voices down. The coffee came out quickly, and the surroundings extremely clean.

I never liked Starbucks until this location. Other Starbucks always seemed overpriced, impersonal, and poor-​tasting. This location seems overpriced as usual but the service and atmosphere are worth it.
The customers and staff are so friendly – it is like Utopia. This Starbucks has lots of outdoor light and even some outdoor tables. Their mocha was good. They put a little green stick inside your coffee cup.
Unfortunately, its location deep inside the Westbank Market shopping center is a little inconvenient so I rarely come here.

These assholes think it’s okay to call a coffee «chai» and serve it to someone with a coffee allergy. I had been burned before so I always check with the barista that I am getting the correct drink. This guy looked me in the eye and told me it was a chai, I take a sip and five seconds later my throat is closing up. It didn’t make me feel any better that the staff then proceeded to blame me for the mix up. Excuse me, but I didn’t stutter when I ordered a chai and the barista didn’t stutter when he said my chai was ready, so where do you get off telling me I should have had my boyfriend taste the drink first? I shouldn’t have to give a sip of my $ 4 drink away to make sure you didn’t poison me.

This is my favoriate Starbucks. It is spacious, clean, has outdoor seating, and you get in and out.

Best Starbucks ever! The staff is not only friendly, the know everyone by name, they are quick. And they know what you drink. Morning, afternoon or evening service is always exceptional.
Unfortunately drinks are getting too expensive to visit as often as I would like.

Absoluetly fantastic service! Employees are always in a GREAT mood even when they open at the butt crack of dawn! But just like any other Starbucks, WAY overpriced and ingredients such as caremel or chocolate syrup just sink to the bottom make it impossible to drink it all.

I definitely like to go local when i can, but the service at this Starbucks was AMAZING! The Baristas were very friendly and they made sure to keep up conversation throughout my waiting period. Drinks weren’t half bad either ;)

I don’t like Starbucks at all. But I’ve known Ned forever and love him and his family.
So three cheers and 5 stars for Ned.

It’s true, this Starbucks location is the best. Sometimes I question whether I should be utterly ashamed that they know me by name, as well as my typical order (I swear I don’t go there THAT often, I’m just a creature of habit and get the same exact thing everytime because I’m oh so adventurous), however I’m actually very thankful and I think it’s an accurate display of the staff’s friendliness and great service. Even when the line has been nearly out the door, the staff turns into Starbucks Oompa Loompas hyped up on espresso, and manage to churn out 15 drinks in about 2 seconds flat. Go here!

This is without a doubt the best Starbucks in Austin. Which means it’s most like the best Starbucks in the world… but seriously, This location is unlike any other. It’s clean, welcoming, delicious, fast — everything you want in a Starbucks. I’ve never been to another store that’s even come close to the kind of customer service at this one. It’s really quite unbelievable… if you haven’t been, or if you are unhappy with the quality of your current Starbucks, head over to Bee Caves. In the Randall’s shopping center. It’s worth your time.
