Girl at window was nice but why can’t one Starbucks near my place of work just get my stuff right? As a former partner I even state any modifications in order of how its typed in the computer! Cmon! Either it’s not punched in right so the barista doesn’t know they messed up. Or its all typed in correctly, but the barista screwed up and forgot one of the mods or were lazy and give u half foam! I don’t have time to return to get these things fixed during my lunch breaks. Starbucks, why pay people who aren’t doing their job? It’s in essence stealing. I pay for a premium drink and by the time I get to test the drink without scalding my mouth I find its wrong and should’ve saved time by flushing my money down the toilet and not even leaving the office. Baristas… its ur job… its what u get paid to do. Make an expensive coffee specified to the customers desire within reason and not be a jerk about it. Sounds easy but damn… its hard to find good people out there I guess. I know… I know… its my own fault for continuing to give them my money.

This is the worst parking lot design ever! An accident waiting to happen! Be prepared to wait in the line while stressing about your car getting backed into in this TINY parking lot/drive-thru. Staff is really nice however, and usually get my order correct.

The staff just seems a little too stressed, but the service is pretty good. My order was done correctly and I was happy with that. They have a drive-thru, which is nice and convenient. Outdoor seating.

Consistent and friendly– sometimes TOO chipper. Drive thru lines are long but they move quickly. They’ve never messed up my drink order in 3 years.

I’ll give it two stars because it’s not always this horrible. Today I received really bad service while using the drive through. I ordered a flat white, and a parfait. That is all. When I got my stuff and drove off, I’d realized they didn’t give me a spoon to eat my parfait(my breakfast before a meeting) and to top that off, the coffee I needed to get my boost was a hot tea. I don’t even drink tea. Not impressed. I definitely won’t be coming back. I normally don’t even like Starbucks, but it’s so close to where I live and work. Honestly go to its a grind if you’re in that area, or make the extra drive to a good coffee place.

One of my favorite locations. Convenient location. It’s one of the mid-sized locations but it has a nice outdoor patio. The parking lot is horrible getting in and out but overall it’s a great place. If you want quiet, it may not be the best place to study. They are pretty loud with their voices & the machines and one of the managers has a loud, raspy voice but she is really sweet.

Starbucks is Starbucks when it comes to their drinks and pastries. All amazing and delicious. This Starbuck’s staff are all pretty nice and welcoming but sometimes some workers are stressed and very flustered. Only because this Starbucks is the Starbucks where it is by a Middle School, High school and busy streets– so people come in all the time. There has never been a time when there aren’t at least 15 – 20 people are there. It’s a very popular spot, but they’ll whip a drink out for you in a decent amount of time :)

This is a «Tale of Two Experiences in One Day»! My first experience of woe and headache was via the drive-thru where I had ordered a tall dark roast w/a shot and 4 Splenda and a orange/cran scone. I got up to the window and was given a tall Chai??? Then, when I was given my supposed«corrected» order, I flat out asked if it had a shot and 4 Splenda and was assured«yep, everything is in there». About 20mins later I arrive at work and am looking forward to enjoying my last breakfast at my Noon meeting and I take a swig of what is very obviously just a dark roast… NO shot and most definitely NO Splenda to speak of. I was fuming! Seriously? Two chances to get my very simple coffee order right and two very epic fails! My second experience was that of customer service redemption! After the epic coffee fail I called the store and asked to speak to the manager to file my complaint. The MOD, Amy, was very courteous, offered her apologies, and to rectify the situation by offering me a replacement beverage and a $ 4 off my next purchase«We’re sorry» card and said I could pick up at my convenience. So I went during my lunch @5pm and the gal behind the counter knew who I was, gave me my card, and an «Our Bad» drink on the house. There were numerous apologies and a handwritten card from Amy expressing her apologies for the mishap. So even though my morning caffeination was a bust, my experience here(it was my first time visiting this location) went from a very low 1-star to a 4-star experience based on the rarest of things in this day and age: good customer service! Props to this location for not only owning up their mistake, but going above and beyond to make it right. I will definitely be back to use my gift card and see if the positive experience continues.

The last time I was there they got my order wrong. No big deal. So I said my order was wrong and she blamed me for it saying I did NOT say that with a lot of attitude. I know what the hell I asked for! Don’t blame me for your mistake !! I order the same thing every time, I know what I’m ordering. The starbucks in pflugerville is a tight ship. I’ll never go back to this location.

I love this Starbucks. Sure their drive through lane sucks and the parking lot is a disaster, but the people are AMAZING! I am always blown away at how nice everyone is! They even recognize me in the drive thru lane! One day the power went out and fried their speaker system. They had Kat(who’s awesome) running from each car in the line to the window and relaying orders! They had it together and Kat is just so sweet she made me smile.

Good atmosphere, has a nice porch. There has been a few times I’ve come here where the service was horrible but several other visits where it was decent. Overall, it’s what you would expect from a Starbucks.

I love Starbucks, but have really been trying to branch out to more local coffee houses such as Austin Java, Mozarts or Epoch Coffee. However, I love this location — they have super friendly baristas! It is also directly on my way to work so it helps when I need a pick-me-up if I’m still a little groggy from the morning. Even though everyone knows Starbucks, I’m about to start my coffee list. I’m hoping my coffee escapade will give Starbucks a run for their money! :)

this is the slowest starbucks I’ve ever been to… wassup with that? people are usually on the go when they go to a coffee shop. If you don’t see me with a backpack or a laptop, I’m on the go. So hurry up and make my drink so I can leave! it took them 15 minutes to make my two drinks and it wasnt even busy…

(This is the Starbucks on the corner of MoPac & Parmer.) ************************ No I haven’t lost my mind, none of us check-in everyplace we’re at, and of course it’s more acceptable to bury Starbucks than to praise them. I know the unwritten rules around here as well as anyone else. But every so often, I like to wax-on philosophical: Sipping on some mighty sweet two-for-one holiday peppermint lattes, outside on that patio wrapped around those amazing giant trees, and hanging with one of my favorite people ever, I’m thinking: «Does it get much better than this?» Uh, no, Errol, it doesn’t. When I start measuring my moments with your coffee spoons, it’ll be time for the big sleep. Five stars.
