Place is under new management and not a pleasant place. GF bought a new cover, and a new Bluetooth headset; both on separate occasions. Manager(«Ollie») handled the first sale(I was there) and tells the GF they’d order it if she pays up front. «Ollie» says he’ll make a note on her account, and call her upon arrival of the cover. Few days later, she goes back, a different guy sells her the Bluetooth headset, and again gets her to pay up front; saying they’ll make a note on the account and call her. Few weeks go by and having heard nothing, she goes over there to check on her merchandise. Keep in mind, she has both original receipts. To her surprise, she’s told«you already picked up both items» lol. Shocked, she asks for the manager. Altho he’s in back, «Ollie» doesn’t come out. Clerk(same guy who sold her the headset) tells GF, «Ma’am, I’ve never seen you in my life». At this point, GF notices cameras all over the place, and tells clerk to pull the feed of her buying both of these items(since her receipt has the date/time) and then they can see she didn’t receive the items. Clerk goes into the back, comes out and says, «Only Corporate can pull the videos». GF then says, «No problem, call Corporate; I’ll wait». Clerk again disappears into the back; this time for almost a half hour, then comes back out and tells GF she can have the items she paid for, but the Bluetooth headset was not in stock and will have to picked up. She asks if they can mail it to her. They agree. To their credit, she did receive the headset about a week later. This store used to be the best Sprint store I’ve ever been to, but after this experience, we’ll be shopping elsewhere.

My husband and myself went into store today to combine to one plan and upgrade my phone. Gary Filek was SUPER helpful and we ended up upgrading my husbands phone too! Couldn’t be happier with the customer service and all the attention he gave to us! He did all this while training a new hire who also did a great job!(Sorry can’t remember his name). Good job SPRINT off of LakeLine!!! Go there, you won’t be disappointed

If I could give it no stars I would. Absolute nightmare. Watch out for employees Amanda(butch blonde) and Emily(skinny brunette greeter)… Seriously! Went in tonight after I got a brand new phone earlier this month with a letter I got from sprint to ask what it was all about. Emily took it to her«manager» n the back to ask then came out and said: «it just tells u that we ran a credit check.» So I tried to ask about the rest of the letter(cuz there was a lot more than that to it) and she refused to answer my question. I said, «okay well I am going to ask someone else since you are refusing to answer my question.» Amanda then comes out and says something. I tell her, «I can’t hear you.» She shakes her had and says something else. I tell her: «listen I really can’t hear you.» I am partially deaf, she was at the back of the store while I was at the front and I had speakers around me with two different kinds of music playing. I took the letter from Emily and turned to leave, at which point Amanda screams: «don’t roll your eyes at me and don’t snatch things from my employees!» After I get home I called the store to get their names and the district managers contact info only to b told: «we don’t keep that on hand and you have to call customer service for it.» Customer service told me to call the store for it. Don’t go here unless you have no choice cuz they are extremely rude, they lie, they don’t tell you about all the fees that will go on your bill and they won’t give you your complete contract if u ask.

Best store in Austin! Customer service is the best and it’s in a really nice area. Best FULLSERVICE sprint store in Austin for sure. I’m only going there from now on.

This store has great customer service and every time I walk out the store I’m very happy. The reps are very knowledgeable and make sure you leave with the right products. They actually price matched my iPad with the cheapest price I could find.
