Sparkling Clean Window Co.

First, let me start with the rush-​rush, gotta get it done attitude. Last minute, we decided to look for someone who could come and clean a conference room table glass overlay. Table is about 16′ with the tops being in two approximate 8′. We also have a credenza and some light fixtures that needed to be cleaned. When I asked if someone could come, I was assured that an op mgr would come that day. When no arrival, I called. The (what I soon learned to be the Pres.) asked me what time would be good the following day. I said 9:30. He said op mgr would be there. Next day, still no show, no call to boot and 45 minutes later from the scheduled appearance time, the op mgr still could not come just to give me an estimate. So, I did what anyone else probably would do — I called to inquire about the missing op mgr. The lady I had been speaking with (I know the name but won’t further embarrass) asks me how old I am. When stating close to 50, she laughs and says — oh, so you know about the assume comment? I said yes and asked if it was she that was being made one. I asked if the op mgr was an owner of the company — she says no. I asked if the owner of the company was aware of the lack of communication that was taking place. She asks if I want to talk to the pres (and calls by his name, so I put 2 and 2 together to realize same guy who had made the appointment for his op mgr to be at our place of business that morning). I said ok and commenced to ask him did they even value our business. He was kind enough to tell me on that call he would see me in under 30 minutes to give estimate.
Great quote, I won’t lie. He told me 8 people 4 hours (which I found hard to believe in first place) but the 3 people for an hour made our conference room table look outstanding.
And yes, I got a call back from the lady who apologized about the inappropriate comment.
All in all, good work, just lacking in customer service. If you can get by that, they will do a nice job for reasonable money.

I was so impressed by the work that the two gentlemen who came to my apartment did. I was not expecting the level of detail with which they cleaned. I assumed they would soap up the windows and squeegee them off, but they spent several hours carefully removing tiny specks of debris that were really stuck on.
