The water is good, but delivery service is unreliable. Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with.

Probably the worst company I have ever encountered in my life. Never delivering when they are supposed to, then charging for those deliveries, then when I ask for the water I was supposed to get, charging for that too! Then you’re on hold for literally hours to talk to someone about your bill. I recently put my waters on hold, then I was delivered water when they weren’t supposed to, I returned the water only to find out they would not give a refund of the water that wasn’t supposed to be delivered, wasn’t used, and returned!!! Are you kidding! Save yourself the trouble and go with Water Refresh or literally any other water company. Nothing but trouble here!!!

I made the mistake of signing up with them at Costco terrible terrible can’t get the money back on promotion the had. Costco tells me I have to deal with not too pleased with Costco watch it with them.

This is the most horrible and corrupt company I have ever dealt with. From the beginning, they have sent me things I did not ask for, they have billed me for things I never received, and now they are not letting me cancel my service easily. I had them stop the deliveries years ago because they would not respect my wishes of what I wanted or did not want delivered, in addition to billing me for things I never even received. My secretary even had the direct line to the boss because we had to dispute the bill every single month!
After we stopped the deliveries, we kept renting the machine because it was nice. I have since bought my own dispenser and I want to discontinue my relationship with Sparkletts. I informed them in writing over a month ago that I wanted to cancel service and have them come pick up their equipment. They flat out ignored my request and sent me a bill for another month rental. At this point I am livid and at my wit’s end! I called customer service today and they put me on hold for over 30 minutes. When I finally was able to talk to someone, she said that they can’t send someone out until Friday (my day off) and it would be «some time between 8:30 and 5». I asked if I could leave it outside and she said that if it was damaged or stolen that I would be charged $ 170 (never mind the fact that I’ve paid over $ 300 to rent the thing.) I asked if I could just deliver it to them myself and she said no.
I JUST WANT THEM TO GO AWAY!!! I WANT TO BREAK UP WITH SPARKLETTS AND THEY WONT LET ME!!!

Every month I have to contact customer service because they don’t deliver on time. When contacting customer service it takes 20 – 30 minutes on hold for someone to answer. Management promised to discount last months bill since delivery was 5 days late. Discount was never applied and manager no longer works for company so I have to pay full amount! I have cancelled and will gladly pay more some where else that actually cares about their business.

Worst service ever! They make it impossible to cancel your account and they give you the run around. They take FORVER TO DELIVER ANYTHING. Don’t waste your time with this company unless you want problems from the start.
I run a small business and they have no sense of urgency. This place is crap!

Unless, of course, you enjoy sitting on hold for at the very least 10 minutes every time you can actually call at a time they are accepting calls to put on hold. MOST of the time (95%) when trying to call it will ring once and then go straight to a busy signal (It doesn’t even give the option to sit on hold to talk to someone). I went through the steps of sending them a message on Twitter to get the company to call me only to have them call and hang up after letting it ring 3 times. I messaged them on Twitter, again, to have someone call back, they advised me that they would have a representative call me again, but that never happened. Today, I was actually able to get through to the hold line and have been holding now for ~25 minutes (I really have to pee, but don’t want to wait on hold for another 20+ minutes). I JUST WANT TO SCHEDULE A PICK UP AND GET THIS CRAP OUT OF OUR OFFICE!

The customer service stinks with this company. They have delivered the wrong kind of water, and now I am dealing with them not picking up my bottles since my account was on hold — now cancelled. 3 scheduled trips for pickups — no shows. They get one last chance on Wednesday or the bottles are going to be recycled. Save yourself time and energy and skip this company.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Overcharged me by double, I paid and then canceled my service. They called me up a month later saying I owed even more. I gave them the date I paid and they said you’re right, your balance is zero.
2 months later, I get a call from a collection agency saying I owe them 4 times what my bill normally is. I wouldnt pay these sharks if a court ordered me to.
This company must be run by criminals. I can’t believe they have customers operating like this ! Unbelievable

Completely inconsistent delivery, I have called customer service so many times and waited over 20+ minutes a piece just to be told what I wanted to hear each month, and the next month the delivery was wrong yet again.
I just left 4 empties outside my house and left town, I was promised those empties would be picked up the next day. I did not want them sitting out there all week while I was out of town. And when I got back into town the empties had been sitting out there for a week, so much for their promises!
No idea how they stay in business.

Service use to be great until recently. They were billing me for water not being delivered, so tried calling customer service many times and was on hold for 20+ minutes! Finally one day I held for 30+ minutes, but was determined to get someone on the phone. Was told they’d send me the water owed to me. Yes, I did get it, but they charged me again for it! So again, on hold forever, finally got someone and was told they’d credit me $ 55.00. Never got the credit, so again, I called this morning and AGAIN on hold for 30+ minutes and was told they have no record of me getting a $ 55.00 credit, all she could do for me was a $ 31.00 credit! Really? So, I cancelled my service and called Ozarka! I’m not surprised to see all the bad reviews on here. Here’s Ozarka’s phone # 877−229−3368. I asked a lot of questions before I committed to Ozarka. They have to be better than Sparklett’s! Don’t waste your time or money with these guys. I don’t appreciate being lied to and ripped off!

Horrible customer service and communication. They overcharge and can’t seem to get their accounts straight. Save yourself the time and money. Go with someone else!!!

ordered sparklette water service from costco. It has been horrible, our delivery is always late and did not pick up ALL the bottles left 3 empty with no explanation. Its been a week now and have called every other day being on hold for 30min every time, no avail but with a promise they are coming. So i called them today and am ending my services. Do not waste your time or money.

If you have to haul your water from a well, it would be better than using the Austin Sparkletts company. They missed my delivery on Friday. I called, the message says they’re experiencing longer than normal hold times. 30 minutes later I hung up, thinking I’d call on Monday. Today same thing. No answer. Maybe they went out of business? Called the national number, rings once gives a fast busy. Really, sounds like they’re out of business. I’m out of water. This is not happening again. I’m about to sign up with Ozarka. I can’t imagine worse customer service.
Just signed up for their competitor will be cancelling these guys.

Signed up 12 days ago and received a delivery date. Delivery date has come and gone with NO COMMUNICATION and NO WATER. On the other hand, we have diligently tried to reach them, having placed numerous calls that have gone unanswered after 20 mins of being on hold. Is this a business? Seems unlikely.
As I type this, I am on hold with their «customer support». If they pick up this time we are canceling the service.
Edit: They just picked up and I cancelled. Good riddance! No explanation offered for not delivering. Please listen to your fellow Unilocalers and try a different water delivery service.

Although their product is good, their service is the worst! Zero reliability and I have been told soooo many times, things will be fixed, that I got finally tired of waiting and decided to cancel. My family has used their product for about 1 yr and the ONLY thing we asked them to do was to call, text or at least knock on the door whenever they delivered product, to make sure all empty bottles were returned… well that simple thing never happened despite several calls and multiple promises. Very Sad that bad customer service is responsible for this… such an easy fix! It seems the people on the phone and the ones on site are definitely not in the same page! Look for any other drinking water supplier and avoid this company… you;ll thank us later.
I cancelled my service 2 days ago and they have yet to pick up their equipment, even though I was told they would do so, Wed (¹¹⁄₅) and then again thu (¹¹⁄₆)

The customer service people in this company are very nice, but the actual service is HORRIBLE.
In the 10 months I have had the service, only two months were smooth. I have had skipped deliveries, duplicated deliveries, incorrect invoices and it has taken several days for me to finally, FINALLY cancel this awful service.
I have been promised (multiple times) that I would get a call from the route manager. It never happened. My invoices are still wrong and it has taken DAYS for them to pick up the cooler and unused water. Oh, and they actually delivered water after I cancelled.
Do yourself a favor and stay away!

My experience is on par with the other negative reviews. I live in downtown Austin and have had no consistency in deliveries. Almost every month the order is wrong. There is terrible communication between the delivery staff and the centralized customer service ordering system. I have called several times and was told the delivery manager woild contact me, but it never happens. Each delivery cycle the problems continue.
The online order system is poorly designed as is confusing. Calling in you have long hold times. The auto call that is made to remind you of your delivery, malfunctions and will not leave a voicemail. It took me a couple months to figure out what was happening. When I let the company know, they said they were aware that is doesn’t work for some voicemail systems, but they were not doing anythong to fix it. Considering I use Verizon along with 44 million other people, seems like they would care.
Disappointed that Costco has a partnership with a company that does such a poor job. Will be looking for a new water delivery service.

When we first signed up for this water delivery service… I will admit it was an absolute nightmare. They seemed to have a staffing problem and we could never rely on our bi-​weekly delivery. HOWEVER… the past 4 months have been great! We were assigned a new delivery guy, Marco… and he’s been wonderful. Not only is he reliable, but he’ll even call us if he’s running late or to simply check our inventory in case we might need more water. He’s a joy to talk to as well. I can’t speak for everyone’s delivery person, but we are very happy with Marco and have had absolutely nothing but a positive experience since he’s come aboard.
