Terrible experience when my 87 year old mother was admitted to the 4th floor to be treated for pneumonia. The admitting staff doctor never did contact mother’s pulmonary specialist. We finally made the call on day four of her treatment. The staff doctor never talked to any family member during mother’s 9 day stay, and then discharged her without notifying us to bring her some clothing and portable oxygen. I would give a negative rating if possible! Very disappointed!
