Warning. Got an email from this company out of a blue, saying they were sending a HUD and the time is set you just need to confirm. Link given is a Philippines web page. Red flags all of the place, looks like a «get rich quick» scam that leaves them rich and you poor. Huds do not come from property managers but from escrow agents(they guys are not escrow agents according to their web page). Don’t know how they got my email address. Yes, I own some rentals but not in their state and I have never done business with them before or even heard of them before. But people like this will join landlord organizations all over the U.S. and send out email to them all, phishing to try and get people to contact them so they can sell them something. Very underhanded tactics, pretending that I am doing business with them and phishing me. And yup, the email goes right back to Eric at Sienna Properties. Beware, anyone doing this will do other things to cheat you out of your money. Including fake reviews, bait and switch, tell you it is all«standard» when it is not, etc.

it’s not often you hear good words about a property management company, but i can honestly say these guys have been nothing but great from day one. eric and laura have always been easy to work with and very responsive when we have had any issues with the house(the a/c went out last month — argh! and because my work schedule is such a bitch, laura came out to the house to meet the a/c repair guys on two different occasions and saved me and my pup from boiling in our own juices…). they’ve got a handy on-line form for service requests and i have always gotten a response in a timely, reasonable manner. i would not hesitate to recommend them as a company to care for my property, or to rent from. good peeps!
