I had a groupon for $ 36 and they charged me an additional $ 25. The only thing o changed was upgraded to a spa mani/pedi. I’m out…

So Ive been here before and had a good experience the first time. However this time I came in with a groupon and was treated completely different! Rude, unkind women. They even lectured the lady next to me about how she needs a more advanced service and won’t be able to use her groupon. Will never go back here which is sad because I live down the street and really was hoping they were different.

I gave this place another shot today. Still so disappointed. I was rushed and the nail tech gave me grief for not wanting the deluxe pedicure. Come on people, paying customers are how you stay in business. Don’t treat them badly! I still got charged extra for the OPI nail polish. Never again! Never again will I be back! The customer service needs to improve!

I had a Groupon for a basic mani-pedi and when I got there I opted to pay $ 10 more for the deluxe spa and it was well worth it. The lady that did my treatment was friendly even though nobody spoke good English that wasn’t a problem. One of my toenails did smudge but that may have been my fault. Everything else was great, leg & foot massage, neck & shoulder massage while toes were drying. I’ll be back.

Poor job on my nail painting and not friendly. The older lady working on me seemed to be in a rush and didn’t take her time applying the color or massaging my hands and feet, even made one of my fingers bleed. She was eager to get me out of the chair and seemed annoyed when I asked her to fix some of my poorly painted nails. I didn’t enjoy my manicure or pedicure and they both look poorly done. I’ll never come back.

The WORST nail salon I’ve ever been to. The customer services wasn’t only just pathetic, no one spoke any English. I couldn’t even express any of my problems because no one even understood English. My nails look terrible I won’t ever go back. Save your money. Pics posted of my nails.

So I started going here about two years ago, when they first started running the groupon. I figured that was a great deal for a regular pedi and a shellac mani. I’ve been coming here ever since. Sure I have had some off experiences, where the wait was long or I was not greeted but overall I really just want a good mani/pedi that will stay on for a while and not have to pay a million buck for it. This place does just that. They always do what I ask them too and the polish stays on for much longer than any other place I have ever been to. I keep going back because I know that I will get a reliably good mani/pedi and for a reasonable price. To each there own. Im not high maintenance when it comes to salons or beauty places, I know many people are. But it has always worked for me!

I really like coming here… It’s not a spa atmosphere, I prefer darker with a nice ambience, but it’s a typical nail salon and they do a good job. Plus, they offer groupons. I like it!

Had a groupon but decided to do shellac last minute. So, I paid the extra $ 15 to do it. They close at 7:30 and I showed up at 6:45. I have been there before & the manager did my nails & did a good job. However, that was during the day and a regular mani. This time, I left unhappy bc my shellac coat appears uneven from base of nail to the tip & my thumb has a bit of texture. Just don’t go w/high expectations unless you request the manager.

The man doing my nails did a mediocre job overall. I purchased a Groupon for a pedicure and shellac manicure. He did not listen to what I asked, left polish on my skin and he cut my nails even after I asked him to just file them, politely. Everyone in this place was rude to me. They barely lifted their heads when I walked in, didn’t greet me told me bluntly«Sign In» and were more interested in being on their phones then customer service. I felt very poorly treated. It seemed like I was bothering them with my business and I will not be back. Go somewhere else!

I got the groupon for a shellac mani-pedi and I was a bit skeptical because this place had horrible reviews BUT I was pleasantly surprised with my experience! All of the ladies were super friendly and I walked out with beautiful nails! I will definitely be back.

I was seriously cautious about trying this place because of the reviews, but it’s Friday and my nails looked like I took a hacksaw to them. We just can’t have that. This place is right down the street from my work, so I figured I would give it a shot and I’m so glad I did, because I had an amazing experience! The gentleman who did my nails was a perfectionist, which I love. He was very careful and detailed, which when you paint your nails red, is necessary to avoid looking like you’re walking around with bloody fingertips. His hand massage almost put me into a comatose state and everyone was very sweet and smiling. I was also in and out of there and back at my desk in exactly an hour. I definitely plan on making this a regular Friday lunch break pamper session from here on out!

Wow! No. I got a groupon for $ 47 for a shellac mani/pedi. This place up charged me $ 20 for removing the shellac i had and removing calluses. What? I’ve never paid extra for that anywhere. They have some sanitation issues, as mentioned in other reviews. Normally places have cleaned instruments and you see them come out of that little pouch. When i sat down, i realized she was taking them out of a little box as she needed them, which didn’t really bug me until she tossed everything back in that box when she was done with me. Then, i realized they have at least four liquids stored in bottles marked«cuticle remover» and they aren’t all cuticle remover. Many containers weren’t marked at all. They don’t speak English much at all so telling them what you want is nearly impossible. Also– i’ve never had this happen before, but when age put the shellac on my nails and i put it under the light, it burned like hell fire. No idea what that was about. I recommend not even using groupons you have purchased… Just pass on this one and call it a loss…

DONOT visit this establishment, my two friends and I bought a groupon, were not given the services we purchased and were told«you lose» when we asked why, top of that dirty instruments were used on the people after us and we were told we owed more money when we tried to leave. Avoid this salon at all costs

Worst experience. No hellos or welcome when we entered. Rudely demanded our groupons with no smiles. Literally NOONE was smiling. The manager(or owner) repeatedly snapped at me and my roommate. «Pick color!» «Sit down!» «I fix!»(I often frequent vietnamese shops so I’m familiar with the culture and have NEVER been treated this rudely) It was as if we were a major inconvenience being there. When my roommate said that she didn’t get the shellac topcoat on her right hand, the manager snapped and said that my roommate was talking to me and wasn’t paying attention. Turned out the shellac came right off when the nail was wiped with alcohol and my roommate was right after all. No apology was given. The manager just proceeded to yell at her technician in vietnamese making things even more uncomfortable. The massages were short and we felt manhandled and rushed. I was more stressed when I left than when I got there. I will NEVERNEVERNEVER go back.

Let me guess, you just bought a groupon for a basic mani/pedi for 25 bucks?! Run awayyyy! SAVEYOUR $$$!! If I wanted to cut my nails down, slap some lotion on and rub my legs for literally 30 seconds and paint my nails, I could have just gone to Walgreens to grab some polish for 5 bucks. The guy that did my nails had a talon of a finger nail that he would use to gather remaining polish along to line my nail and you guessed it, HECUTMEWITHHISOWNNAIL… not once– TWICE! You better believe if I get an infection, there are going to be some problems! On the upside, they had nice color selection— but so does Walgreens.

While the salon is clean and airy and they have a good option of services and nail colors, pretty much everyone on their staff is extremely rude, angry and couldn’t care less about their customers. I’ve been here three times now, once by myself and then twice with friends and we all had similar experiences. If you ask questions or ask one of the staff to do something properly(like shape your nail or remove cuticles) they get super rude and angry. Then they proceed to glower at you, do a shoddy, rushed job and talk about you with colleagues in what I’m guessing is Mandarin. I know the bitching about customers in a language they don’t understand happens at a lot of salons but they take it to a whole new level here. Yes they offer a good deal in Groupon but it’s not worth the rudeness and the way they treat you here. I’ll happily pay more to get better customer service that isnt angry and aggressive all the time. They really need to train their employees to be more polite and nicer to customers.

I came here from out of town and found a groupon for this place. It is your regular Asian salon however they do a really good job and they do it fast. They have pro gel(shalack?) equipment and the ladies are very skilled. Nice massage chairs. The mani included a massage and they do have hot stones. If I’m in Austin again I’ll certainly come back.

Bought the groupon, called to see if they could fit me in and if I could be out of there by 6 because I had somewhere to be. They assured me they could. They sat me in a pedicure chair for 40 minutes until someone could get to me. I tried to leave twice in this time, where the bossy Asian lady swore up and down they could get me in and out w a shellac mani and regular pedi. Basically wouldn’t let me leave bc I had already been sitting in the pedi chair for 45 minutes. This gave them an hour to do both my nails and toes. The whole thing was rushed, uncomfortable, awkward. The main boss woman there was rude and charged me an extra 5 dollars to take off my already shellac. I’ve never been charged anywhere else, ever! I made the mistake of buying 2 Groupons and I’m just letting the other go to waste, I don’t want to go here again.

Got the groupon… before reading reviews lol VENUE: Typical run-of –the-mill Asian nail salon. I’ve definitely seen better, and i’ve definitely seen worse. Clean enough. SERVICE: The girl who did my nails was pretty young but she was nice. The service my friend got though, was PHENOMENAL. Her lady took really good care of her and made her comfortable and gave her the kind of service that would make this place a 3 or 4 star place. But since I didn’t have the pleasure of experiencing that I’d say that this place’s ratings would go down due to inconsistency. FINALPRODUCT: My nail polish started chipping after 2 days. My toes nailpolish however is still intact and it’s been a week. I don’t have fungus or any other gross thing that some of their other reviewers had, but I am sad that my nails didn’t last long.
