Serenity Creek Med Spa

I love this place! I met Alicia Through a mutual friend a few years ago and she is amazing at injectable and fillers. I will NEVER go to anyone else. The staff is engaging and so kind. The skin care products have changed my life as well. If you haven’t already, make an appt. You won’t be sorry.

Everyone here is so friendly and informative! So far I’ve had two visits and will definitely be returning. Great experience and very talented professionals to help you accomplish your beauty goals ;)

First of all the staff is so friendly and welcoming. I got a vitamin peel there about 3 years ago and have been hooked on so many of their services ever since. Their prices are pretty competitive as well! They have a ton of skin products to choose from as well, and really spend extra time to go over your options. This is def my go-​to place for all my skin care needs!

I lost over 50 pounds with Alicia using the Ideal Protein Diet. The weight came off quickly and hunger pangs were not a problem. Now I go in once a week for maintenance. Alicia is very knowledgeable and the staff is great.

Alicia is a true artist. This place is amazing! I’m so grateful I found this place since moving to Austin from LA. Love Sarah and Haley as well. Couldn’t be happier with my results.

Sarah was AWESOME! I have only been in for 1 laser hair removal treatment so far but she was great. She took the time to educate me on the treatment, she was nice, funny and did such a great job that I barley felt a thing.

I’ve been seeing Vicki for laser hair removal for a few months now and couldn’t be happier with the results. Prior to coming to Serenity, I had jumped around from clinic to clinic. Many of them lacked the level of professionalism and knowledge that one would expect from the person holding a powerful laser close to your face or other delicate parts. Vicki and Serenity Creek Med Spa are the opposite of those other clinics. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and maintain a high level of cleanliness in their facility. My results have been great and they offer so much more than laser hair removal so as I get done with this phase I’ll most likely move on to something else. All said, you won’t be disappointed.

I had an amazing time here. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I got a really good deal that they have going on right now for 6 sessions $ 99 for small areas. I was very pleased with everything. Vicki did an amazing job and made me feel very comfortable during the whole thing. No one is paying me to write this review nor do I work for them. I am a real client here, and I say definitely check it out! You don’t know if you like a place till you go.

I bought a groupon for 40 units of botox, thinking I could use it for two treatments and not all at one time. I will admit, it was my fault not reading the fine print bc it did say you can only use it on one visit. But the reason I’m giving it 3 stars is when I called and ask if I could possible do two visits with 20 units each and bc I’ve never had that much botox in my forehead, they said no, because it’s like having two appointments and the purpose of groupon is to get you back for another treatment.
When I received that response, I felt like it was more about making money than doing what was right for the customer. I went ahead and did all 40 units even though I didn’t need it and as the lady doing my treatment put it, «so I wouldn’t waste them». She did a good job but I was a little turned off by this.

I received my first chemical peel from Vickie a few months ago… I wish I could do one every day!!! My skin (which is acne prone) is now essentially flawless and I barely have to wear make up anymore, all I wear is a product I buy from the spa that’s a mix between lotion and foundation. I forgot the name of it but It’s so good. They seriously saved my skin. Worth every single penny and I am saving up to come back and get more services!

So far no good. I bought a groupon. I’ve had to call 3 times to try and get appointment, the receptionist was rude and hung up on me and they are booking over a month out. Hopefully when I actually get to go in for my appointment I’ll update my review with some positive things to say.

Serenity Creek. the name says it all! Its tucked back in The corner of an unpretentious business park. You would never guess that this mellow, beautiful, professional spa is hiding here! I have had facials, laser hair removal and VelaShape treatments here by Vicki and she always makes me feel comfortable and welcome.
I will be back for more services soon!

All right… I have to say it… I love Vicki! She has to be the most awesome Aesthetician in town! I laugh so much while getting my treatments.
I have now started getting Botox and Alicia is amazing! Be sure and sign up with the Brilliant Distinctions to get points and discounts. They also have regular Botox parties were you can get super deals, drinks, food, prizes and fun!

Serenity Creek is the best spa I’ve been to in Austin in terms of service, friendliness of staff, quality of procedures, and price. I originally went there after buying a LivingSocial deal, and was so impressed with Vicki and Haley (who are both super sweet and funny) that I couldn’t wait to go back. They go above and beyond in making sure all of my skin care needs are addressed. I’ve recommended them to all of my friends and my mom (who loves them too!). Their open house events are fun too, and they always offer great deals on products. I am and will remain a loyal Serenity Creek customer!

I want to write a REAL review based on all of the fake reviews that have been posted supporting Serenity Med Spa. The ‘person’ named David (on Google) is actually me, Nick. How do I know this? Because one of the girls who was fired wrote my comments I had made to her. I’m 100% sure and if you don’t believe me, feel free to email me and I can prove that it is. Not only that, all of the other reviews seem pretty vague and untrue. For MY real review of Serenity Med Creek Spa: First, the staff is very unprofessional. They are extremely slow at seeing patients when the whole building is empty. Second, the girl who was doing my tattoo removal was hitting on me and it made me extremely uncomfortable. She even texted me by using info from my file and she also messaged me asking if I would write some reviews on Unilocal! for her. Not only that, when her job and the managers were on the line, the reason for the change in managers recently, they wrote all these BS reviews in order to save their jobs. Don’t believe that? Just ask them about their change in staff. I would avoid this place like the plague. The pictures look clean but wait until you see the actual rooms, not to mention their prices are mediocre and uncompetitive. Also, instead of hiring qualified professionals to do the work, they have Medical Assistants with ‘degrees’ from for-​profit institutions. Yeah, my tattoo’s have faded quite a bit but I have A LOT of scarring now because of the shoddy abilities of their ‘techs’ VISIT AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION You wanted my review, well, here it is… Make sure to take a look at the filtered reviews at the bottom of the page. This place still sucks

I’ve been here several times now and I’m extremely happy. I have had several facials with a chemical peel. I have been to several places in Austin, and my experience here was above and beyond what I experienced anywhere else. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. At other places, I felt like I was treated more like future $$$ instead of a customer.

Vickie is awesome and I have tried many med spas in Austin. She is the best!
Great prices too! I got 3 microderms for 99 and she even throws in a peel!
She also set me up with wonderful compounds she had People’s Pharmacy whip up for me. About a third of the cost of Obagi and they work better.
