I worked with Scott Hamilton to sell my first home this past summer. The experience was amazing. I highly recommend Scott to anyone looking for a realtor. I had received marketing cards over the years and he stood out so I made note of him and saved his number. When I contacted him via Linkdn one evening I had received a response from him by the time I checked the next morning and we met up that same evening. He made great recommendations on repairs and staging. Once I got the home ready he had it on the market by the end of the day. He is a professional photographer and the photos of my home were amazing. We had an offer within 24 hours. My sale was somewhat complicated and Scott was there to walk me through it each step of the way.
