Dropped by here the other day for the first time and was anticipating horrible service per the other Unilocal reviews. I was delightfully surprised by the great service offered by Lexi. She was very knowledgable, suggesting items that were on sale (not trying to upsell me) and managed to give me and the one other customer equal attention. It was a good experience, I will definitely go back.

Stopped by yesterday to renew my membership and pick up my free product. Lexie was helping another customer at the same time but very friendly and pointed me in the direction of the products to choose from. She was the only employee in the store, her 5pm helper was late, but she handled everything wonderfully.

Horrible customer service. Went to take a product back after I had only used it once and owned it for less than 30 days. The store would not give me store credit or replace it for one that worked. On top of that, the employees are rude. I used to LOVE Sally’s, I don’t know what happened to the way they’ve run their business over the years.

The shop is pretty small, but you’d be surprised of all that is in here. There’s a great selection of all things beauty related. If you do happen to go in need of a hair dye and have a few questions, ask for Genie. She’s a wiz with hair color! Genie has steered me right through many of my dye adventures.
