I called looking to get a Virus removed, the owner came out personally to pick up my computer and had it back to me in less then 24hrs. Not only did he remove the virus, he also installed new anti-​virus protection to my system to protect me from future threats. I will always call Rockqin Computer Services for all of my computer needs, and would recommend them to anyone who doesn’t want to be overcharged for computer service!!!

I heard a noise coming from my laptop, I had no clue what was wrong. My computer Overheated and kept shutting off. After receiving multiple quotes from different computer companies I ran across Rockqin CPU on Google. They came and picked up my laptop, I was told it was just a bad fan. He replaced the fan & had my laptop back in two days and it was a fraction of the cost. Thank you Rockqin CPU

The tech. told me what was wrong in a timely fashion and had me with a New Computer within 24Hrs. I recommend this company to anyone in Austin who needs a refurbished computer or computer repair. The company has a flat rate and they have pick up and drop off available upon request.
