Used these guys a couple of times over the years, always prompt & courteous. But it’s been about 2 years and when I called again a few weeks ago, I was told the guy I’d usually dealt with is no longer there. Another estimator returned my call & made an appointment for the next day; but when he got there, he’d forgotten the ladder. Said he’d go back the next day & call me with results. I never heard from him again. When I called the office, someone took a message but, again, I’ve not heard back.
