trans·ac·tion transakSHn,-zak-/ noun; instance of buying or selling something; a business deal. Went through drive through to exchange a 100 dollar bill for 5 twenty dollar bills and was told I needed to be a Regions Bank customer in order to process a «transaction». I proceeded to communicate that exchanging currency is not a transaction and I got back a tough crap look. Obviously this is a Regions Bank corporate customer service policy for pathetic customer service and /or pathetic future customer service. You can tell a person by how they treat the lesser person in the community and this also applies to institutions. Stay away from this pathetic customer service institution.
