I can’t say enough about Reform and its instructors. I came to them in very bad shape, recently cleared by my doctor to workout after several compression fractures in my vertebrates. I was in a lot of pain, they got me through it, now I feel stronger after every workout with them. I would go every day if I could.

I have been going to Reform Pilates since I moved to Austin a few years ago. I love this studio.
Great parking, great location, the studio is clean, well laid and and has energy. It doesn’t feel cramped and dirty like many Austin studios. You just feel the energy when you walk in.
The instructors are the best of the best. You get a great workout while being around amazing people. They all learn from each other and it shows. You can tell they all appreciate each other and respect each other. Nobody takes themselves so seriously where you can’t have fun.
I go… get my butt kicked and laugh. It is always challenging and a refresh workout.
I am glad I found this studio! I’m hooked and there all the time.

I had the best reformer workout I have ever had on Saturday. I have been taking Pilates Reformer classes for about 2 years now and Cara totally kicked my butt on Saturday. I thought I was in kind of good shape until that workout and now I am on a mission to become the shortest gumby ever!
I am tentative about submitting this review because you will all want to see Cara now. But we should all strive to live a healthy and active life.
This place is great because it is quiet and kind of hidden in Tarrytown. There are only 5 machines per class, but that doesn’t mean there will always be 5 people in the class. There are several classes they offer but the hours are not terribly late during all days which is kind of not ideal with my schedule but I am willing to go on the middle of a Saturday b/​c hey I’m still sore even today.

Great studio and instructors… Cynthia, Kati, Cheryl. Clean, recently expanded space. Friendly staff and clientele. They sell Lululemon athletic wear, too.
