Beware — I purchased Super Bowl tickets through one of their companies TeamTix and three days before the game I got am email saying they couldn’t get tickets and therefore would refund my money. Yet this was hours before I had to board a plane and already had costs that I could not cancel. I would not trust the ceo Brian peters as he avoided questions and poorly communicated with me. They charged my credit card for the tickets and refused to refund me unless I signed a document that released them from legal liability, trying to hold be hostage. The group practices borderline fraudulent activities.

Just got back from The United States Grand Prix. Red Carpet got me the best tickets at the place for an unbelievable price. They were totally honest, straightforward, professional,(yes, I know I’m talking about a ticket broker) and the event was sold out, so the potential for shenanigans was there. Got a chance to meet the boss and he says The Masters is their thing, but if they’ve got tickets you can trust them to come through!

I purchased tickets in March for a UT football game scheduled for October, 2012. I paid an exorbitant amount for 3 tickets on the 45 yard line, 6 rows up. Five days before the game, I received a call from Red Carpet saying those tickets were not going to be available, but would I agree to tickets in the same section, but 23 rows behind the original tickets. I didn’t seem to have much choice. I want to get a refund and have tried calling them back, but no one will return my call. I’ll stop in to their offices in Austin when I’m in town in a couple of days. But I would caution anyone to think twice about using Red Carpet.
