I have seen Dr. Patel for several months now, my first experience with a podiatrist. He has been great. He is helping me deal with lots of pain and issues in my ankle. Since I don’t have insurance he was very concerned about cost of different treatments and my hour drive in to his office. Each office visit he spends time listening to my complaints, concerns, and questions. He has offered different options, and resources for me. He spent time looking further into my issues, and discussed them with other Dr’s, between appointments. I called needing pain medication, and expected to hear from a nurse a few hours later. Instead Dr. Patel called me back personally, within 30 minutes.. As a last resort, I tried their MLS laser therapy. I thought it was snake oil, not going to work in a million years, but since I trust Patel I followed his suggestion. It has helped so much, after months of pain, without relief, I’m 90% pain free after a week of treatments. I would highly recommend him to everyone. The office staff is very kind and helpful too! I don’t think a review would be complete without mentioning Jennifer, she is very attentive, kind and helpful. If i was a doctor I would try to steal her away to work for me. I have never sat in the waiting room more then a few minutes. Overall this is the best I could hope for in a difficult situation.
