Doesn’t matter what you order off the menu it’s always fresh and delicious! For lunch I just call ahead or stop in after work! Love Chef Bertosi recipes! And I don’t think they are pricey at all!

So let me start by saying anything that delivers to my hotel gets a star for that. The house salad was really fresh and good. They have a nice dressing that was like an Italian I believe. Pizza crust was whole wheat thin so it should have been crispy, but it was more chewy than I would have liked. Still, there were good fresh topping choices and I could tell it wasn’t swimming in tons of preservatives. I would try them again and maybe try a calzone.

Like the Calzones and like that they serve organic but the sauces can be too salty. Still better than any other regular pizza place.

My husband and I stopped here after our parenting class and got the Mediterranean. It was really delicious, definitely worth the price. The owner is also very nice.

Horrible. In town for work and decided to try their delivery. Ordered the blue cheese and pear pizza and the Mediterranean. Only special instruction? Please provide me with a receipt. Estimated wait time? 45 – 55 minutes. 1 hour and 45 minutes later, my pizza arrived. No receipt. The delivery man had no idea what to do when I asked for a receipt. I contacted eat24, which is who takes care of delivery ordered through Unilocal. They removed the«delivery charge» and emailed me a receipt. They wanted to provide me with $ 5 voucher for next time. I told them j wouldn’t use their service again. The pear and blue cheese? Gross. Pear still had skin on it. The blue cheese was poor quality. The crust was slightly burned. There was supposed to be a spicy honey sauce, of which I found none. The Mediterranean: almost as bad. The olives were grey. No basil was to be found. The tomatoes were not fresh. Should have heeded the number of stars for this restaurant. In fact, can’t believe they have this many. Yuck.

We have been big fans of Promise Pizza for a long time, but they’ve changed a lot since getting new management in the past year or so. The website wasn’t working properly yesterday so I had to call in my order. The pizza we ordered yesterday(1÷16÷15) had the most awful tomato sauce I’ve ever tasted. It was pasty and had no seasonings at all. The veggies were sliced ultra thin so that they were stringy. The veggies were also very mild and lacking in flavor. It was bad enough that we’re done with Promise Pizza. It’s too bad because they used to be great.

The pizza was excellent. Very fresh flavors and quality toppings. The sauce is zesty and vibrant and the crust is the perfect chewy crisp. A different take on pizza. I am hooked and will definitely be back!

This by far is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my entire life and here’s the twist: I DIDN’T EVENGETTOPLACEMYORDER. My boyfriend and I came into town just looking to unwind and get away for a weekend. We decided to order a pizza after a long day and were told(by hotel employees) this was a good place for delivery. I called to have a pizza delivered and before I could get the order out the child(I’ll refer to him as that since we’re keeping it G rated) cut me off, was extremely rude, and pretty much acted he could care less if they had business or not. When we said never mind after the snarky comments he did nothing to apologize and we hung up. If I was the owner of this business I’d be ashamed of the way my restaurant was being represented. How embarrassing.

We just ordered wings, which come in counts of 10. Solar hot were prob mild hot I also like my wings cooked more. I usually ask for well done Ranch was off. Maybe it was blue cheese? But not chunky. A big confused(asked for ranch) Ordered some plain w teriyaki and bbq sauces on side. Skip teriyaki. Bbq was nice and different. (Pluckers seemed to not answer their phone so we had to find a place w wings, best of they delivered. If any one knows any good wing delivery spots, feel free to comment :) still new here!)

A bit pricy, but worth it, sparingly. I like that the pizza is unique– there are a lot of really interesting options and I haven’t tried one yet that I didn’t like. The real star of the show are the Nutella stuffed beignets. YOUHAVETOTRYTHESE. I think they’re deep fried in crack. My boyfriend and I literally dream about these, haha.

Cannot eat here because of cross contamination. If you offer gf pizza, you should take the proper precautions to ensure(as much as you can) that your pizzas are gluten free.

Eat pizza, feel stuffed later(not in a good way). That’s what you get out of most pizzas — regardless of thin crust or thick crust. Promise is a notable exception to this rule. It is one of the few pizzas that do not leave you feeling stuffed. And without compromising on the taste. I guess their crust and their cheese types are a little different. Never had a bad pizza from this place. Hope they stick to their ingredients and recipes.

I recently ordered 15 pizzas for a nighttime work event, and I couldn’t recommend Promise Pizza more. I worked with the chef several days in advance to determine the quantity of pizza and was even able to customize certain aspects of my order. The service and gratitude I received for my order were amazing — I felt appreciated and taken care of, and when the pizzas arrived it was delicious. My team thoroughly enjoyed their meal and I completely enjoyed my experience. We ordered a mix of regular pizza, gluten free pizza and salads — everything came as ordered and serving ware, plates, peppers, cheese and ranch were all provided — the chef even threw in a complimentary nutella dessert pizza as a thank you. I would highly recommend Promise Pizza for dine in, or for catering.

This pizza is delicious. Reasonably priced, good, whole, organic. Clean ingredients. We sat in to eat and the owners were so sweet. They’re obviously proud of what they do, as they should be. I wish there was a larger dining area and I imagine it gets pretty busy… But if it was bigger, it might not be so well priced!

I can’t tell you how awesome I think it is that there is a pizza place where people can be organic or gluten-free crust and other toppings where conscientious choices have been made about the QUALITY of the tomatoes and other ingredients AND makes it taste great! Yes, it costs a little more than pizza with GMO flour and the like, but it is WORTH the extra money. Kudos to the chef! I feel the same way about Promise Pizza as I do about eating grass-fed organic beef and organic chicken. Yes, it costs a lot more. And no, I cannot afford to eat it as often. But I can at least feel good about supporting a business that is doing its best to support my health even when I am eating what may be one of the most unhealthy fave food choices. Groups will need to pick up or have it delivered. There may be space for a couple people to eat at this storefront, but not much more.

I love their fresh, organic ingredients! Vegan and gluten-free options available. Quicker delivery that most specialty pizza places(45 mins at lunch time).

They had a sign on the counter that said they would give 30% off your purchase if you brought in proof you gave a good Unilocal review — red flag number one! I had expected the same service and quality as the Round Rock location, didn’t happen — the lip service was good, said all the right things and I left the store feeling good with my «pick up» pizza. I had ordered a gluten free all organic pizza. When I got home I discovered at least one of the toppings was not organic or gluten free. When I contacted the store to ask them to prove this item was organic /gluten free I got stalls and non answers. Deception is the tool of someone with something to hide, something you are not going to like. Truth does not fear being revealed, if the product was as advertised they would have immediately given me the info/proof I needed. Further the chicken is not chunked whole chicken, it is ground up with fillers and additives, like a chicken mcnugget. Yuke! If they deceived me with one thing, how many others deceptions are not discovered? I am sticking with the Round Rock location, have been eating there for 2 years and love it!
