Plumb Masters

Plumbmasters came out to inspect our water heaters. He was very thorough, explained what we should and shouldn’t be doing with both our water heaters and how the connected/​interacted with our water softener. We have some issues with water pressure and he was able to quickly determine the problem. What I really liked is that he gave us a time estimate on how soon it could become a bigger problem, what to expect so we’ll know when to replace the part that is wearing down. There was no high pressure to do it now or we’ll have a major catastrophe or offer us a price that’s only good today, etc. He was reasonable and gave us a good education on how everything interacts and how we can help ourselves either fix some of the issues or use preventative measures to assist in increasing the life of our water related equipment. When we do need a plumber I will be calling Plumbmasters to do the job.

Very prompt answering my initial phone call and subsequence follow up. Mandy, the office manager is very friendly and understands the plumbing business.
She referred me to Andrew, one of their techs. He understood the problem by discussing it over the phone. A part was required to fix it. Since I had no hot water, and the part would not be delivered for five days I was a bit annoyed. Andrew sensed that and somehow got the part shipped overnight!
He came to do the repair when he said he would. Actually he arrived early.
During this entire process both Mandy & Andrew kept me informed.
This was a friendly and professional experience.
I would recommend this company to anyone.
