Favorite place for card stock in Austin– some items not fully stocked but overall best I have found so far.

One of the cutest place for all of your paper needs. This is like a specialized Michael’s with a focus on paper and paper accessories: gift wrap, cards, stationery, pens, stickers, journals, calendars, etc! They even have tables with gift options for both men and women.
The store is well organized, and the designs are so cute and adorable. They also take customized orders so you can have personalized notecards, stamps, you name it!
Price is a little bit on the higher end, but I think it’s worth the quality. I bought the Woodcut everyday stationery, and the design is gorgeous (even though they’re just trunks). Definitely recommend coming here for your craft needs!

I really liked looking around this place. Lots to see and shop around. I spent about 45 minutes looking around and found it odd that none of the staff said a word to me (it’s a rather small shop). They were busy talking to each other about something. I didn’t end up buying anything, but I might go back.

I love this store! We have one back home in Virginia also and my friend and I stopped in while shopping around Austin just to look and to find a last minute baby shower card.
We browsed the cards, the decorative crafty stuff, and the wedding invitations for potential photo ops.
If you’re crafty at all they have pens, markers, gold tape, decorative tapes, decorative papers, stamps, foils, and dozens of other things you could use to your heart’s content to make pretty paper things.
If you aren’t crafty — they can make them for you and you can just buy them.

This place is great. Has every thing possible for gift wrapping, cards, and ideas for possible craft idea. Has amazing products. The customer service was amazing and very friendly.

First impressions online store looked promising so I went to check it out. From the outside the store I could tell that it was a cute and creative place. I walked in the door and was not greeted by anyone, tho I could see two ladies in the store. I walked around trying to find the paper I was looking for. They had many choices and a lot other creative things for making invitations and so on. I was in the store for about 20 minutes no one ever greeted me or asked if I needed help. I even walked out of the store to go get a drawer out of my car to compare colors. Was not told goodbye and when I returned again I was not greeted. When I came up to the register two ladies were behind the cash register and did not acknowledge me standing there while the one lady was checking someone out. The employees did not make me feel welcome or even care if I needed any help. I did like the items they had and the selection but customer service is everything. I give them a 0-​star in customer service 4 in product selection. I would like to have seen more paper but they did have a great selection

My experience has been amazing with Paper Source. I ordered a Return Address Label Stamp from them for my wedding. I don’t remember what it was that made me realize I made a minor, yet significant error. I flipped the last two digits of the apartment numbers around and created a nonexisting apartment number. I was well aware this was completely my fault, but thought I’d call and write the company anyways to see if there was anything that could be done. They were so nice. They went above and beyond necessary to make sure that I was a satisfied customer by letting me know that the product I ordered had already shipped, but they were creating a new one with correction, shipping it over night, and not even charging me for my mistake. I am so grateful. I almost cried because I knew my error was going to cost me on all the items I’ve ordered from various vendors. We are on a budget and to have a business do this… well, I’ll simply say they have more than earned my business. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to others here and in the future. Thank you Paper Source. I appreciate you.

I was having a hard time deciding on wedding invitations from just seeing pictures online, it seemed like way too big of a purchase to make through a website. The Paper Source had a dedicated employee sit down and go through every step with me and they even sent me 2 free proofs, which was handy after I changed my mind on the first font color. Very reasonable if you are mindful when choosing your invitations. Just be sure to make an appointment early, they booked up quickly.

Need gift wrap? A card? A random quirky gift? This is your place. Paper Source has all the cool, pretty things you are looking for at a premium price. If you don’t want to schlep all over town in the traffic to find trendy gifts you can come to Paper Source and pay a little more to get everything in one place that has a parking lot.

What a fun place. I did feel however the class was a bit rushed and manager kept coming around every 5 minutes to make sure the guy teaching the card making class was moving right along. Other than that it’s a great place with a variety of everything. Check it out.

This paper is a paper lovers dream. I could have spent hours just looking at everything. They have tons of beautiful items and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I was even shocked that their was parking with it being down town. Can’t wait to go back and give them lots more of my money.

I love the paper source! If you love stationary, unique and pretty gift wrapping paper, and one of a kind greeting cards this is your place. I used them a lot for my wedding stuff they have envelopes and almost any color you can image and several different sizes.
They also have fun and unique gifts! LOVE LOVE LOVE the paper source!

is there such thing of loving the store and its wonderful products but really dislike the rude staff? i really love this store and it’s wonderful products. there is times i just rather go online and pay the $ 7.00 shipping so i won’t have to deal with the staff. i have been going to the paper source since i lived in chicago and then moved to Texas. the store keeps pretty empty, i wonder why? well it’s a great store regardless.

It’s time for me to dust off this rusty keyboard and get back to reviewing!
It’s clear that I am one desk calendar away from becoming ridiculously obsessed with Paper Source.
Everything in there is so cute that it’s easy to convince yourself that you or someone in your life «needs» it! My apartment wouldn’t be the same without that cute artsy calendar, my husband would probably love me more if I got him that funny card, and those stickers are cute— I’ll get them just in case I need them for something later.
So if you are in the need of a new whatchamadoodle, some mustache paraphrenalia, stickers, cards, or a new coffee table book, check this place out!

I’ve had a bit of a craft addiction lately and the Paper Source has been the dealer that delivers!
This Paper Source has a good selection of stamps, utensils, labels and scrapbooking paper. Also, the parking situation is pretty good and convenient for being so close to downtown.
Everyone on the staff is really friendly and helpful, and they take their time to show me techniques. Also, when I bought the Silhouette digital cutter, they showed me the blog site where I can buy designs, even taking the time to show me the specific shapes I was looking for.

LOVE this place for the following reasons:
1. GREAT selection of items.
2. Super helpful (but not hovering) staff.
3. Convenient location (across from Whole Foods on Lamar).
4. Fair pricing.
5. Did I mention the staff is helpful? Went in on Saturday because I needed a reasonably priced solution for my baked bon bons — and fast — and left with a fun and beautiful packaging solution. I went in for advice… didn’t dream they could provide me with a solution (and leads for wholesale pricing for future larger purchases) as well.
These ladies rock. If you need any stationary, gift box ideas or cute gifts (anyone else obsessed with their tables that are filled with the cutest gift ideas ever?!)… go see them.

The staff is fairly meh, one of the girls doesn’t wear a bra but DOES wear super thin shirts.
If you need a lot of oddly-​sized envelopes in one color, I’d recommend ordering them ahead of time, as we were in the market for 60 purple 3×5 envelopes but they only had 47. Whatevs, it’s SUPER cute store I could spend an overly exorbitant amount of time in but I just feel like it’s lacking something for the price of everything (a slightly cute but very cheap looking nail file was $ 5, gtfo).

I ordered my wedding invitations here and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I also picked up a gift, some wedding decorations, rehearsal dinner invitations, and thank you cards. If you are looking for cute invitations or stationary, go here!
