Closed? Husband went today to try this place for the first time and I think they are closed. 4pm, no lights on, door locked, no one answered the phone. Oh, well. I guess we waited too long to try this place out.

I have never been to any Papa Murphy’s before so it was a first time experience and it will be my last. Went in earlier today and was told they were getting ready to close as the owner had some type of emergency. Didn’t see the owner so don’t know why I needed to know and didn’t know why if he wasn’t there they couldn’t stay open. That is really not the point. Asked about the heart shaped pizza and was told she didn’t know if they could do that. She was going to have to check(which she didn’t). in the process of me ordering and paying she puts on sanitary gloves to make the pizza but is touching everything except the food. She is touching the cash register and answering the phone and proceeds to make my pizza with the nasty glove. Then doesn’t even seal the pizza closed with the plastic wrap and I end up getting pizza sauce on my car seat. Will never go there again. Very strange and unpleasant first and last visit.

Some of the other reviews that I read here. I went by and the owner/manager was running the store. I got my pizza in a couple of minutes and without the door I’ve gone back since and we order two more pieces and got them quickly. They have specials for $ 5 pizzas which are fresh. How can you beat that?

This was my first stop at this location and we went to this one because I had a coupon specifically for this location only. Once we got there we realized the coupon for for buy one get one free large one topping pizza and we wanted something different so we did not use the coupon. We ended up ordering the meat pie pizza. The pizza was huge and thick. It was literally like a pie. The crust on it was a little much for my liking. I prefer a more regular type crust. If you are looking to feed a family one of these meat pies will do the trick. One slice is quite filling. I have had some of their regular pizzas in the past and I remember them being pretty good. Maybe my next visit will be more impressive. We also got a garden salad and cookie dough on this visit. Both of those were fresh and delicious.

I have been to other Papa Murphy’s stores before but I must say that this particular store is the reason why I haven’t been back to any of them. My experience started out great, the older lady was very friendly we talked about her dogs as she made my pizza, the 5 meat stuffed, which I’ve had before many times from other locations. Well I got home and put the pizza in the oven right away and me and my daughter took out 1st bite and it taste exactly like Chloraseptic sore throat spray. My daughter then said«This pizza tastes funny» I thought I was the only one bug I took a few more bites just to be sure and again same taste so I told my daughter not to eat anymore. I then called the store and spoke with a guy that said to come by tomorrow as the manager would be back then. I went back to the store as soon as it opened and explained to the same older lady that made my pizza about the taste we experienced and that I wasn’t blaming anyone that it was probably just a weird situation that happened. She then immediately became defensive and goes into the register to give me the money back, at this point I hadn’t asked for it back nor was I going to just wanted another pizza, then a younger girl comes out and asked what happened and I explained the situation again saying I wasn’t blaming anyone and she says«well did you bring it with you cause I would have loved to taste it» at this point I’m getting annoyed so then I just ask fora refund and left. I cannot believe how the level of customer service changed in a matter of 24 hours from great to worse and every time I drivd by a Papa Murphy’s and think about getting a pizza I’m always reminded of this experience.

Poor customer service experience. 1730: Called in order to female phone operator. Single pizza without any customization. She advised it would be ready in 15 – 20 mins. 1755: only female employee visible told me(indifferently) they didn’t have an order under my name. Verified their’s was the same phone number I called. Placed order again, in person this time. 1800: left the store. 1833: returned to pick up pizza. Still not ready. No manager on site. Employees made pizza. 1840: left with pizza.

This place is great and I get to see them assemble my pizza. The prices are great and I love cooking it myself. I can make it as crispy as I like it.

We LOVE this place! The toppings are always fresh and they are generous with the cheese. Nice people, awesome pizza — and the prices are great!

Wow. I was surprised at the other reviews. I live down the street from this Papa Murphy’s, and we always order our pizza from here if we want to stay at home for a date night. The pizza has always been phenomenal… And they’ve always gotten our order right(we have to half the pizza because my bf hates veggies). If the wait time is an issue(I wouldn’t know) like other reviewers have mentioned, then just call in your order. I’ve been really pleased with this place.

The absolutely slowest Papa Murphy location I have been to. Dude behind the counter making pizzas is sniffling… sneezed explosively but at least he turned his head toward the wall… right? At least he wasn’t making MY pizza. No… waited another 10 minutes for mine. Maybe the 425 Degrees will kill the germs.

For kids with peanut allergies, I would advise avoiding this pizza place sadly. Turns out the chocolate chip cookie dough is made and packaged in the same kitchen area as the pizza dough as confirmed by the manager on duty. If you read the package food label on the cookie dough you will read that the the cookie dough is processed on equipment that may share processing with peanut products!

Recently decided to try this place and called in a specialty pizza, the Murphy’s combo that was on the menu, the guy that took my order didn’t even know what sizes they offered and said, he «guessed they could do a medium» and said we would need to wait 20 – 30 min which I thought was a bit long seeing as they don’t even bake it. So I waited and after 30 min drove up to this shop after 30 min and the guy that took our order over the phone said he wrote it down but forgot to put it in the system and make our pizza and then said, «sorry dude, but you can wait». I don’t know who hires these people but they need to start hiring people that can handle customers. Needless to say we will never go back to this place and I highly advise anyone that attempts to order from here to allow at least an hour for your order.

Always loved papa Murphy’s and was excited that this location would be close to me. I’ve been meaning to write this review so get ready to read my novel. Went to pick up pizzas. First one had Jalapeños, second one didn’t. There was an older lady and a young guy working. The guy was making pizzas with gloves just fine. The older lady goes to make our pizzas and she doesn’t wear gloves(or a hair net) and I think, okay no big deal I’m not extremely germophobic. She makes the first pizza, wraps it. She finished the second pizza(the one that wasn’t supposed to have jalapeños) and starts to wrap it. I wasn’t going to mention it but then she says«DIDTHISONEHAVEJALAPEÑOSTOO???» And I said«no.» She then over exaggerates freaking out ripping off the Saran Wrap and hand picks(without gloves still) all the jalapeños on my pizza off. Cool. Whatever. Just let me get out of here. She walks around the counter to hand me the pizza and guess what… I’m not even joking she was BAREFOOT!!! What the hell man! My mom does the survey and complains. I write their Facebook and complain. I mean BAREFOOTANDNOGLOVES?! How can you NOT complain, it’s food handling. The Facebook page writes me back«oh I’m so sorry here have a coupon» never got the coupons. Whatever that wasn’t my intention anyways. BUT my mom received a call back from«the owner» who apparently was that same lady acting and she started arguing with my mom saying my mom lied and that she always wears shoes and gloves and my mom just said«you know what? I’m at work it have to go» and the lady just totally was straight up rude to her, called her a liar and hung up. Haven’t been back since. Never had any problems with the other location. P. S. There were still some jalapeños left in my pizza. Good thing I’m not highly allergic or anything…

Can I write two reviews? My first trip here was 5 stars! Reasonably priced, friendly staff, SUPER fresh food, and I was ecstatic about the freshness of the salad. I went back today to grab another salad on the way to work, and when I opened it at the office it was wilted, brown and gross. Gross, gross, gross. So different was this salad from my previous experience that I called to let them know that maybe the fridge had stopped working overnight… how else could I get such a different, sad salad than the last time? The person I spoke with simply said, «Oh, yeah, we get our salads from a vendor, and the freshness is kinda hit or miss. That happens sometimes, but I’m sorry about that.» ? &^*^%*&%^$#??? No offer to replace the salad, no coupons, just«our freshness is hit or miss, ma’am.» Papa Murphy’s, you missed, and I don’t have time for more salad shenanigans.

My beautiful wife and I love thin crust pizza from time to time. More importantly we like our thin crust pizza CRISPY and we’re always disappointed with the finished product from most of our local pizza vendors. Papa Murphy’s hits the spot. Fresh ingredients and the ability to get these out quickly is very appealing. I love the fact that they’ll veer off the regular menu and build you the kind of pizza you REALLY want. GREAT prices too, got a large pizza and a salad big enough to feed two for $ 15.00. It won’t be in competition with Home Slice but it’s nice to have a change every once in a while. Look for Braden when you’re there. He’s a sauce-slinger extraordinaire and knows his way around dough.

This place beats the hell out of Domino’s and Pizza Hut. Their ingredients are very fresh and unlike the other places not super greasy. If there’s one thing I can’t stand it’s the pepperoni cups of orange grease on a pizza. Yes with Papa Murphy’s you have to go home and bake it yourself which is probably why this place is so inexpensive. They don’t even charge you tax. We always get the meat lovers delite and before we bake it add our own toppings like mushrooms and onions. It always comes out delicious. This location I think is owned and run by a mother and her daughter and they couldn’t be nicer people. They always greet you with a smile and a nice hello. We’re huge fans of this place overall.

I was quite surprised just how good I found the pizza. We have settled in on the Cowboy Pizza with the deLite(very thin crust). It has a red sauce, Pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, black olives and a blend of cheeses with some herbs. We have ordered many of these now and they have always been perfect. We also use a pizza stone in the oven. We put a large Cowboy pizza, with its supplied cooking pan on the pizza stone for 9 minutes, then remove both. We slide a spatula around the edges to loose up the pizza and then slide the pizza off the pan onto the stone and cook for 9 more minutes. This is a bit more work than just sticking it into the oven, but it tastes even better this way, at least to us. I have walked in and phoned in orders with no problem. I have always been treated well and«Sherry», who runs the place, is very friendly.

I was very impressed by their product; it tasted fresh and delicious. I couldn’t have asked for a faster and fresher pizza for the price. I had the Murphy’s Combo. I spent 2 minutes in the store and I was on my way. I stuck it in the fridge until I was ready to make it later that day, it could not have been easier. In the time it would have taken to wait for a delivery boy, I baked a fresh pizza AND ate it with my friends. I will be going back.

So tired of getting the wrong pizza from this place. My wife is exhausted after a hard day of work so this should be a stress reliever to just pick up dinner on the way home. Once again they get the order wrong and now we are stuck with a Half Cheese and Half Pineapple pizza? Gross! It was supposed to be half pepperoni and half ham and pineapple. It is probably one of their most common and popular pizzas. So lame.

First time at this location, and everything worked out great. I phoned in my order, and it was ready when I got there. Staff was friendly. No problems at all. I was only in the store for maybe 30 seconds, so there wasn’t much interaction with the folks working here, but in that time, they seemed just fine to me. I like their(simple, easy-to-understand) business plan. I’ll gladly do the baking at home. It’s in the shopping center near Golds Gym and Cypress Grill.
