This place is dirty and food all over the tables. We had to clean our own table off to sit. Plus the food quality isn’t as nice as other PB’s I have been to. The soda machine is caked in left over soda crud, and there is a foul smell coming from the side of the restaurant, near the bathrooms. I ordered the turkey chili and it literally looks like dog food out of a can. Nothing about it is worth the money I just spent. Highly disappointed.

Food is generally good along with the coffee. They need to monitor the half/half and other condiments better as they often run out.

Tasty and creative salads. Hot coffee with at least three choices of bean. Easy to order water which comes out of the drink machine and does not taste of swamp like some Austin water does. Nice selections on the menu for soups, sandwiches and salads. Comfortable seating. Clean restrooms. Once in a while, they are a bit off on the meal but are eager and fast to make corrections. Ample parking. Great staff. Hope they can keep it this way.

Always loved this place. we used to live in St. Louis and these stores were called St. Louis Bread Company. so when we were driving about. we saw on Bee Caves grand. opening. we drove into the parking lot, my wife goes. hey that looks alot like STL Bread Company. only its called Panera.so.we dropped in. and it was. we chatted up the manager who was here from st. louis and he said they were opening this spot to see how it will go here… so we were happy and ordered the. bucket full of breads. and a nice bowl of creamcheese.

I always like the food there. It’s very nice place to go to. The staff needs more work on being friendly and they need to pay attention to the customers coming in. But the food out weighs everything else.

This is a carb-addict’s(read: woman’s) paradise. However, their tasty sandwiches can please even discriminating omnivores. There’s really not much to say, because they do it all well. They have crusty and toothy breads. They have soft, moist breads. They bake asiago cheese onto their breads. They have soup in a bread-bowl. It’s all really good. It makes you happy. And then it makes you fat.

I am constantly disappointed In the lifelessness of their food. Bland and blah. Yet I come back. So it’s really my fault.

They make the latte how I like it, the milk not too hot and the coffee has a good taste. Of course I like the bagels there as well.

Called and made my order to pick up. I ordered a sandwich and a bread bowl with potato soup. I also paid over the phone. When I went to get my food they said they ran out of bread bowls. How does a bread place run out of bread bowls and yet did not tell me that over the phone. I gave this place another chance and wanted to get a salad and yet again was told that half the items on the salad they did not have. Was not to happy with the service either. This place is not very busy, but yet it takes them awhile to get the food out. I got sick from this place and haven’t been back since. Slow and poor quality.

I am very dissappointed with their service. I was trying to order four spinach artichoke souffles today. The first male cashier said I need wait for 20 min. I said I will wait, then he said it takes 30 – 40 minutes. This is not a professional answer! Then the second cashier said it takes about 25 mins. So I ordered and waited. Then about after 15 mins, he sasid they have two spinach artichoke souffles ready. And it will take another twenty minutes to get the other two. So I was ok when he asked me to choose other two instead of two spinach artichokes. Finally I got the four but it turned out no spinach artichoke! They are just one tomato cheese and three spinach bacon. Yikes! I was tolerent when you cashier asked to change or so. This Panera Bread service is worse than the one in Alamo Heights. Be professional! You guys let me wasted half hours to wait for what I did not want to get.

Since my last review for this location in 2009, I gave up Panera for quite a while. Then, in the last few months, I’ve made my grand return. My favorite bagel at Panera is the Asiago Cheese bagel. I make sure that I have freezer space every other Tuesday for the half-price baker’s dozen special price of $ 6.99. I put them in freezer bags and heat them in a microwave steamer. Heaven. And, sometimes, I spring for the Bacon, Egg, & Cheese on Asiago Cheese Bagel breakfast sandwich. It all depends on if I feel extra cheesy that day.

Went there for lunch with no expectations, just wanted something different for a change. The salad was super fresh and had strawberries, oranges and pineapple and was a real change of pace. Had the Thia Chicken flatbread sandwich and it too was hot off the grill and very tasty. Nice change from the usual burger fare.

I like this place. The layout is practical, the façade is inviting. Soups I have read they all are good. I wish I wasn’t this un dimensional. I am loyal to the superb Onion Soup. The Mediterranean shrimp salad is fresh and with a medley of flavors that complements the smoked turkey sandwich. The bread in this sandwich is the life of the sandwich. The only negative remark about this place, is probably what it makes it attractive to many people: Free Wi — Fi. The place is packed with free loaders working their tablets. Service is impeccable and the premises always clean. As for the pastry counter do not dare to look toward it. If you do you are a sucker, and like me end up taking home some of those enticing cinnamon rolls.

I consider this one of those places that are fine if I’m with someone who wants to eat here, but it’s not often that I would think to eat here otherwise. The bagels make a quick snack and the sandwiches are better than a place like subway. The desserts are much better than most chains. Still, it costs a good bit more than subway, and not a lot really stands out.

This was my go to place for bagels before the place across the road opened up. And it’s my first choice if the other place is packed or out of my flavor. The bagels are good and they toast them and give you free real butter to go with them. The staff is super FRIENDLY. They definitely have customer service down. They have lots of comfy indoor seating and they have nice outside seating and bike parking which is handy if you really want to earn your morning breakfast. I’m a fan if their everything bagels and my kids LOVE the cinnamon crunch. It’s like sugary breakfast cereal, but somehow better. We also love their breads. I’ve purchased baguettes and little sourdough breads to scoop out for soup. I’ve never been disappointed. Once in a blue moon we will indulge in a pastry, of which they have a great selection, and those are always great too. I’m not a fan of their coffee at all. It looks pretty in those big cups but it’s pretty bitter. It tastes brown, if that can be a flavor. I prefer the flavor black when it comes to java. And finally, they sell meals like soup and sandwiches, but I’ve never ordered one. I really only do breakfast here.

I usually get breakfast items here like bagels. I must saybthay service is very consistently high. The employees are always courteous and informative and patient. I like using the Panera card to get points that gets you free menu items. They have free wi-fi and it is a nice clean atmosphere to lounge indoors or outdoors. The food is good. I like being able to see them prepare it from beginning to end. The soups and sandwiches are good.

It’s decent fast food. It seems like the portions and quality have gone a little down-hill over the last 12 months.

I stopped here to grab some lunch and was amazed by all the pastries. I ordered the roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT sandwich with wheat bread and a bag of chips. While waiting I was able to see if they offered free WiFi which they do, but it seemed to be a bit slow. I looked around and noticed a few with laptops so they all must have been connected. My food was prepared quickly for takeout and I headed home. The staff was very friendly and once I got home my sandwich was rather huge and tasted excellent.
