Paleface Heating & Air Conditioning

Just had my first encounter with Paleface Heating & AC, and I am convinced I made the right choice calling them. Katie in the office was really friendly, and answered each of my questions thoroughly. She scheduled a technician to come out same-​day, and then called me to let me know the tech had an opportunity to come over earlier than expected.
We recently moved into a home, and wanted to get routine maintenance and a diagnosis done on the AC — it seems to have trouble cooling down in the evenings. When the technician (Tim) arrived, he spent a little time in the attic, and came down to let me know that a damper in our dual-​zone cooling system had been installed incorrectly, and that was (in part) why it may be having some trouble. Even so, he let us know that the issue wasn’t an emergency and gave us some tips on how to run our system in the near future while we decided when and how to get the damper problem fixed. VERY nice to have him explain to us the problem, WITHOUT trying to hard sell us on immediate repair work. We’ve had such experiences, but that just isn’t how Paleface operates, thank goodness!
Tim then performed maintenance on our system: cleared the drain lines, cleaned the condenser, unclogged the system, and put in about 2 pounds of coolant. Before he left, we already felt a difference in the volume of air pumping into the house. So good.
Hey were friendly, punctual, clear about what they were going to do, did the job well, and charged me fairly. I’ll scheduled them yearly to do our maintenance, and will definitely call them if any emergencies arise.

Absolutely a professional group. In spite of difficulties with the manufacturer. They stood by me the entire way. I will only use them and recommend them to anyone requiring HVAC. Classy organization
