I’m seriously about to pull my hair on this one. I’ve been dealing with Onsite for the past year for all our IT «solutions». I’ve frankly seen very few solutions and have become exasperated. The amount of time spent into dealing with them has been ridiculous. This past week I have spent a minimum of an hour and a half a day since Monday. A perfect Friday(tomorrow) for me would involve not having to call them and not having to hear from them. Please, unless you want to end up bald, AVOIDTHEMATALLCOSTS. Just to give you an idea, a person who has purchased a brand new Dell laptop and has had to have 5 different Onsite representatives logging in over 20 hours of work over the past 5 months, should not still have problems. Last call on above mentioned«brand new Dell laptop» was 10 minutes ago. Problematic laptop, perhaps. But wouldn’t the best solution have been to replace the POS instead of wait 5 months and several hundred dollars later? As the rule goes with most businesses who service other businesses, they are not cheap either. I’m seeing red right now and will need to go into more detail another time, but please, for the love of God, do not use Onsite. /End Rant
