I really appreciate everything that Omega Broadcast Group has done for me. They have lifted me up and landed me back down smoothly through several projects that I couldn’t have done without them. They have very fair rates and policies that are reasonable and practicle and they were willing to work with me and help me out. My last project consisted of the rental team going out of their way to ensure that I would get the camera that I needed. Then when I picked it up, I met the owner Dave who taught me a lot about lighting and got me exactly what I needed to adjust my lighting. He even gave me some free stuff like clothespins that I needed for my lighting which saved me from having to take a trip to a store to buy some when I was really pressed for time. I was new to Final Cut Pro at the time and I was incorrectly uploading the files of my recordings to my computer, which left me with video recordings and no sound. So they took me into their studio and showed me step by step, how to do it correctly. The proplem was solved and I went from being totally stressed out and stuck in a rut to being a happy camper and on to the next step. I successfully finished my project by the deadline and that never would have happened without their help. I have rented different kinds of equipment from them and all of it has been high quiality without any issues. I will be back at Omega for my next project without a doubt.
