I never really thought about checking out this place until my friend reccomended it to me. I’m definitely impressed by the concept here. Healthy pre made foods that fit your diet. They have a ton of options and everything is super tasty! The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable about everything you’re looking for flavor and nutrition. I enjoyed the pork tenderloin with a mix of tomatoes and other veggies! Good spot, just a little expensive.

I’ve never had such great customer service! My first time here & Spencer totally wowed me. Super polite, friendly, courteous, & very knowledgeable. I had the creole chicken & sausage gumbo — it was really good! Just the right amount of spices & it’s also filling. Can’t wait to try everything else. I will definitely be coming back here soon!

This place is awesome sauce! I tried it out for the first time the other day as a post-workout, pre-grocery shopping meal(gainzzz, plus never grocery shop on an empty stomach!) The employee was very friendly and willing to help. I had the almond crusted chicken meal. It was delicious and hit the spot. I love how it has all the macros listed on the outside too. The employee was even nice enough to heat it up for me. I’m always saying how I wish there was a place to get healthy food in a hurry, and this place is the answer to my wishes!

Quick update on this. My Fit Foods saw the tacos I bought and their customer service totally made up for it. I’ve always shopped here but now it makes me really excited to shop here knowing that they do listen to their customers and do care what we go home with. They reassured me about their portions, which was my main concern. Carly Rosendale at My Fit Food was so responsive to my concern which was not what I was expecting at all. She’s awesome. And Oh hey, and I’ve dropped some of my holiday weight since getting back on My Fit Foods, yay!

The planning out is amazing and I loved it! What I didn’t love was the food. It was gross. I went to sleep two nights after a bite of my dinner that I had to just throw away. The gumbo is great and the people are nice. Food is just nasty: breakfast tolerable, lunch tolerable, snacks they don’t cook and they’re not bad but dinner was all out gross.

I’ve shopped here since it opened. Great place, staff is very helpful. I’m handicapped, so I bring in my list and they pull and package it for me, then carry it to my car. The food is delicious and I lost 70 pounds in a year eating it.

I completed The 21 Day Challenge and lost 5 lbs. Then I did about 3 weeks of online ordering. They messed up an order but it was corrected right away. Sadly, I won’t be doing any more online ordering, at least not until I try other options. Just about every order, an item I ordered online was not«in stock» so i had to pick a different meal. Also, not all the items that are available in store are available to order online which is really sad. They need to sync this better. One time my online order was never communicated to the store which was a little frustrating. I will say the staff at this location is exceptional!!! Wait, except for the girl who helped me with my 21 Day Challenge, the nutrition coach? She kind of rushed through it with me. Also, the shelf life on most of the meals is not what its promised to be. A handful of the meals tasted stale or rotten on the day that was shown on the sticker. Another let down.

In the past, I was able to go into this store on Sunday and purchase lunches for the entire week. Yesterday I was only able to find meals that would be fresh through Sunday, Monday or Tuesday and left the store without buying anything. I was told that they no longer cook the meals onsite and the food is now prepared in Dallas. It seems that the store will be throwing out quite a bit of food and will begin losing customers unless the meals are fresh. Also recently noticed that the meals have quite a bit of water in the microwaveable containers, which leaves the food too soggy to eat.

Was kinda getting into their food. It all tastes pretty good but for some reason something sketchy is always going on out back. If you don’t believe me drive past the back of the place and the employees are always hanging out back and seem like they don’t keep clean. There out there with gloves on and cigarettes in there mouths with dirty aprons on. Makes me wonder what goes on in the kitchen. I’m sorry but I won’t be returning.

I’ve been here on multiple occasions, however I only ever go when I have a coupon. I like to cook, and many of these meals are things I could easily prepare on my own for much cheaper. However, for people who like something fast and healthy, this is definitely a great spot. The Kombucha chicken is delicious and unique, however, the green beans that come in the meal are not overcooked, which to most people sounds great, but I like mine to be fairly soft. The enchiladas and amazing! I have never gotten something I don’t like. Also, the staff is extremely helpful when looking for something specific. If you have food allergies(like myself) this is a great place to go, and a great alternative to having to google«fast food gluten free» and pick something you hate off of a giant, unhealthy menu.

I went on a Saturday hoping to learn more about the My Fit Foods philosophy and healthy living food items. As I walked in there it looked abandon with no employees waiting to greet me. As I started opening the fridge doors I heard someone come out yawning as if I interrupted their mid morning nap. I started to look at eat food label and as «What is Gluten-free or what exactly is Gluten?» the employee said«I’m not sure.» I headed to the door because I am simply at a place where they know nothing about their products or the industry. I have not been back since and became a loyal customer to Snap Kitchen instead.

I wish I could put no stars! Came in and looked around, it was my first time. And no one was around. I called out«Hello» and just heard a few laughs in the back. The place looked messy. I didnt end up getting anything because there was no one there to check me out or help me with my questions! but the REAL reason why i want to take that single star off is because as i drove away, I went towards the back of the restaurant because that is the way i was going and all the employees were playing FOOTBALL in the parking lot!!! they didn’t even move for my car as i was trying to get out. They literally mean mugged me as i try to wave so they would let me thru, and not gonna lie as i rolled down my window to say«sorry» I could smell the marijuana smell in the air/area. Maybe the rumors are true that they sprinkle cocaine and do drugs in the kitchen.

If you’re looking for someone to help you create a well-portioned meal plan this is the place to go. If you’re looking for a quick and balanced meal — also the place to go. I participated in the 21 day challenge and had all my meals planned for me. It was convenient and easy to follow — just not the right plan for my body since I only lost about ½ a pound in that time. I will be returning for the occasional meal and/or snack, but won’t be doing the entire meal plan again. That said, everyone is different so it’s well worth giving it a shot and seeing if the plan is right for you.

This is the only location i go to, so I don’t have much to compare too. The staff is friendly, sometimes overly friendly. Soon as you walk in you’ll usually get about 3 hellos. When you are picking your meals out sometimes they will not leave you alone which sometimes gets annyoing. If you ask me if I need help and I say no and know what I’m getting, I would assume that means to let me be, but noooooo, every 2 mins, «need some help?» «what ya trying to do? lean up or bulk up?» … anyways I load my huose account every other month with $ 500 which gets you $ 25 bonus. The food is pretty good and lots of nice choices with new stuff added monthly. I would recommend for the convenience, and prices arent too bad if you really think about the ingredients you’d have to buy, then of course the time spent on prep. My fit foods can be a life saver in the clutch.

I’m here more often than I’d like. Most of the time… Well all the time… I find myself here because I’m just lazy but there’s still apart of me that wants to eat healthy. I travel often for work & let’s be honest in that my pants are probably a little too snug from partaking in local cuisine. So when I come back to town the last thing I want to do is go to the grocery store or cook. Well thank goodness for My Fit Foods. I can get some delicious prepared healthy meals and its not too far from where I live. The service is alright. Most of the time I get the same thing & I’d much rather shop in piece & be left alone. Sometimes they just seem to aggressive & wanting to make convo(Note I’m no good for small talk before I’ve had any coffee in the morning when I tend to visit). My favorites are the Turkey Pasta and the breakfast tacos. I’ve had some others but these are my go tos. These meals can get pricey but it’s no cheaper than eating out. And I’d much rather pay more for healthy meals than have to buy larger size jeans.

I run a small fitness gym here in Wells Branch and My Fit Foods agreed to help us with an event for our members. They brought food, and I know a few members loved it enough that they wanted more information about their eating plans. The GM(Kyler) was also extremely helpful. The prices can be a bit steep, but everyone I know who had done their 21 day challenged has had great results.

Dropped by this spot to check it out. Someone was in the back and didn’t care to greet. After looking though the fridge, a cashier came out from one of the front doors to check me out. He was nice but kept on mumbling — couldn’t hear what the heck he was saying 50% of the time. He was probably high, on drugs, or something. Here’s a suggestion for getting new customers faster: train your employees to be better with dealing with new customers by being prompt and active(especially since your company focuses on being fit). Food is good though. Just finished the Kombucha BBQ Tenderloin.

I’ve always been a «healthy» person: I work out a couple times a week and I try to eat home cooked meals rather than fast food or out at restaurants. I am a working professional and frankly, I want to eat healthy, but I don’t have the time to cook 3 healthy meals per day. I don’t have a nutrition degree, nor do I want one. I am not a professional chef, and I don’t want to be one either… so cooking gourmet, healthy foods isn’t an option. My HEALTH, however, is a priority. I started a 21 day challenge at My Fit Foods last April; originally, it was so that I could save time. After the challenge, I ran the numbers and realized that it had also saved me a TON of money. I wasn’t eating at restaurants and fast food and buying groceries that went bad… and it was saving me over $ 150/mo to do the challenge. Sooo, I was saving time AND money? Sign me up. I did 4 separate MFF21 day challenges last year. It is fast, easy, convenient and a stress reliever. I know I am eating healthy and getting all the nutrients my body needs. The MFF store knows me by name and feel like an extension of my family. The last 21 Day challenge I completed, I lost 10 lbs… I didn’t even think I had 10 lbs to lose! If you haven’t done a MFF21 day challenge, you are throwing away time, money and weight loss goals. I’ll post my before and after pictures on the Unilocal page so you can see my results!

Fresh healthy choices. Low in carbs, free of gluten. Lots of good protein! We’ve been going to the Braker/183 «My Fit Foods» store, which is a tiny place, on and off since my wife found out about her gluten allergy. The new Austin«flagship» store, that just opened in the old Bennigan’s location in front of the Tech Ridge HEB at Parmer and 35, is many times larger(and much closer to home). The store is in two halves. The right half is the retail side, featuring the fridges on the left holding the ready-to-heat meals, and a consultation room in the back. The right side has the registers near the door, and a «café» area armed with microwaves for those that want to eat there. I’m curious to see how well that does. The left half of the building is the kitchen/assembly area that will supply much of the Austin area. There are windows looking in around the outside of the building, and on the adjoining wall from the retail side(though it looks like it’s refrigerated, and fogs up) for the food voyeurs among us. The good: — staff always seems eager to help. I’ve seen some reports otherwise, but we’ve never seen it. Today, Henry helped us out. Being veterans, after checking in with us, he knew my wife wouldn’t need constant care. But he dashed across the store when he saw she was getting an armful of stuff to carry it to the register for her. I’m sure that strategy keeps folks from putting stuff back, but it does seem nice — the food is always fresh, and 90% of the menu is gluten free. If you have a special diet, you can probably find good choices here. — since the food isn’t frozen, it’s much faster to heat up when you’re really pressed for time. It’s also easier to make sure it’s heated thru since you never end up with a little block of ice in the center of boiling lava like you sometimes get with«frozen foods». — There is a very big selection of foods available. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I’d like to know how the selection here compares to the Braker store, or even the selection in HEB stores. We were shocked at how large a section they have at the McNeil/Parmer HEB. — the trays the food comes in are great to reuse for your home leftovers. The not as good: — The food is fresh, and not frozen. That’s a selling point for them, but it means that we can’t get a full week’s worth at once. What we bought today is «best by» 3 days from now. It’s best if you pick up twice a week. Sometimes that’s not as convenient to do. There is internet ordering, etc., which might make it easier. But since we zip in and out of there in under 5 minutes usually, we haven’t tried that. — It’s not cheap. The lunch/dinners are near $ 7 for the«small», and go up from there. If you are the type that thinks they should be priced the same as your average Lean Cuisine, you’re going to be sorely disappointed. But to a certain extent, you get what you pay for. I’d still say stop by and give it a look. Don’t forget the free lemons! Suggestion: My wife has some favorites, and has also had some she hasn’t been in love with(which isn’t unexpected). Especially at this store, with all the room, and the microwaves/tables, you should schedule occasional«happy hours» with a few different samples for folks to try(esp. when you are developing something new). That might bring in new curious customers, and expand what some current customers purchase. Partner with one of the nearby juice vendors, and make it a party!
