Years of disappointment and poor customer service have not improved with their change of locations or modernization. Follow through and timeliness are far from being pillars of excellence for this business. Don’t hesitate to call and prompt them to finish your orders. Several times, I’ve been promised a phone call and heard nothing. I call or stop by only to find my order had been sitting there for an unknown time. Employees are polite.

While the staff was polite on the phone and made the order easy, I had to go to the post office to pick up an order that cost more to ship than the value of the product. The worst part is that Miller did not cover the shipping. I had to pay $ 1.56 to accept it. I should have refused and had it sent back.

Excellent customer service and incredible quality on products! I was a new hire for corrections needing to get my uniforms, and I am so glad I was sent to Millers! As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by an already very busy staff. A staff member, Brian or Bryan as I can’t recall the spelling, was very patient with me as I tried on multiple sizes of uniforms trying to find the best fit. He also offered advice and tips on how the items should fit, especially considering the environment I would be working in. They definitely won a repeat customer!
