I got a BuyWithMe coupon for a massage. The massage was ok but I’m glad that I did not pay full price. Go give it a try but do not set the bar very high.

I will start by saying I called them 5 times over a months time period with ZERO returned calls. I also bought their«deal» on a coupon site and knew when I wanted to schedule for. Becasue of the unreturned calls I ended up booking online with no confirmation from the so called spa when I specifically asked them to call me back becasue I had never gotten the service before and I wanted to know if I set up my appts correctly. So the day of my 1st appt. I decided to instead ask for a refund from the coupon site. I thought if their customer service was anything like their services I wasn’t interested. Instead of hearing back from the coupon site I actually got a call from Lee«the owner» instead. I told her how I was not happy that all my calls were not returned. SHe seemed unaware this happened, Told me how to get to their new location because they have moved and we were set for that afternoon. I asked if I had to prepare anything and she said no. First let me say that I have been a Registered Massage Therapist for over 9 years. I know that when I am working on my clients that I need to check in with them from time to time to make sure they are comfortable and not feeling any pain. On my first visit the«therapist» was nice and accommodating. She didn’t really explain what I needed to do to get ready which made me ask a lot of questions. I asked if she needed to be trained and certified to use this machine and procedure, She answered no. I then said I thought they needed to be certified to use this machine she said no, it’s the other machine that she would need to be certified on and that for Endermatherapy she did not. I said but the«deal» said this was Endermologie and that is a different procedure than what she was doing? Yes, one of the deal sites messed up and put Endermologie by accident when it was supposed to be Endermatherapy. I said that sound like a bit of bait and switch to me since I was not getting the procedure I thought I bought. She said they are very similar but for Endermologie you needed to go to a certification class that they only hold on SLC, Utah. However, she was nice and personable and when I told her it was getting a bit painful she backed off. I asked about side effects etc and she said there shouldn’t be any but to make sure I drank a gallon and a half of water and worked out. I went back for my second session the next day. I had Lee who was the owner do this session. I told her that I was very sore and asked if this was normal? SHe said sometimes it is. I asked her the same questions that I asked the previous day. Did she need to be certified and she said yes that the certification is only held in Utah. So this made me wonder who was telling the truth? Did they need to be certified? The first person wasn’t, she’s saying she is. Who do I believe. Next I told her that I would like less pressure because I felt sore and bruised to the touch. She ignored that fact and proceeded to work on my arms first. I mentioned that she kept hitting my wrist bone and elbow and asked her to stop, I also kept moving my arms because the pressure she was using was very uncomfortable. She then worked on my legs, This was the most painful. I repeatedly asked her to use less pressure because it was very painful and she said nothing. At the end I told her it was very painful, much more than the day before and she said in a very proud way, Yes, I have a much more deliberate manner. She’s newer and has a bit of a lighter touch. My legs and arms ached later that evening and when I went to shower after the gym I had visible bruising all over my body. I have since taken pictures of the bruising to have proof of the damage she has done. I called on Thursday morning to say that I would be cancelling my Friday appt and not be returning due to the damage I received. I got no return call back apologizing for their treatment. Then on Sunday I received a call from them asking if she needed to schedule an appt for me. I said no, I cancelled my Friday appt and will not be returning. She then called back two more times and babbled on my voice mail. She said she had been meaning to call because I wrote and email saying I was dissatisfied. I can only think she meant the email I originally sent in on Tuesday morning, but this was now Sunday. I love how she is on top of these things. She then went on to say that she did what I asked and lowered vibrations levels which was not the reason for the bruising the pressure was. She also stated that it was probably because I had back to back sessions which they advise that they have 1 – 2 days in between. I never got that advisement since they never returned my calls or advised us as how we should book our appts etc. There is nothing on her website that states you need to spread your appts out. So when booking online you are lost to figure things out for yourself. DONOTPATRONIZETHISBUSINESS!!!

Had a bad experience trying to book a coupon deal with this company. The only way to get ahold of them is to use their online booking service. I bought a coupon for a 2-hour massage, but the online service would only book 90 minutes. I tried for two weeks to get them to return a phone call, or an email, but no one ever responded. So I booked the 90 minute appointment. The night before the appointment the massage guy called to confirm. I told him the problem, and he said Lee would call me back that night. No call back. So I went to the appointment. It was a fine massage, but at the end, he said he’d make sure I’d hear from Lee about a credit for the other half hour. No call back, ever. A message on the website said something about they were sorry they weren’t getting back to people because they sold so many coupons from a certain service. That was a different coupon than I bought. If you couldn’t service all the coupons you sold, why would you go right back out and service them again? They said they would eventually get back to people — but I left 3 messages across three different weeks, and 5 weeks later have still never heard a peep from them. Buyer BEWARE!!!
