Our office signed on with The Merchant Store in March 2015 as the provider for our credit card processing. Brock is great. I had another great service that no one could beat until Brock came along. He explained everything and our cost have gone down, as promised. They have great customer service, meaning you can get them on the phone quickly when you need help.

Terrible customer service. Ordered several processors that they said they had in stock. when we received order it was for the incorrect processors. They told me the would give us an RMA to return them, I have called several times trying to see where the RMA was. They keep giving me the run around. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LIARS!!! no one will give you an answer.

Terrible customer service and they do not stand behind their products. They did not seem surprised that a processing machine they sold us broke down 7 months after we purchased it from them. But they would not send me a new one or even a replacement loaner while mine was out for repair. I would never buy from them again.
