I don’t have high expectations for McDonalds… but messing up multiple different orders on a consistent basis is pushing it. And at least have the decency to correct your mistake.

I can’t believe I’m writing a review for McDonald’s. But they really messed up the orders. The receipt says exactly what we ordered but we didn’t get what we asked for. We ordered one egg and cheese biscuit, and it comes with just the egg. Ordered one biscuit with just cheese on it and these idiots put it on the side. Never again will I stop at this McDonald’s. I can find another McDonald’s up the street. Hah, there is one on every corner.

Ordered through drive thru around 10pm last night. First person who took my order was patient, prompt and pleasant. The issue was when the person who handed me the food was impatient and didn’t offer ketchup. Who doesn’t at least offer ketchup when you’re ordering burgers and fries? We didn’t think to check until we were home.

What is wrong with McDonald’s? Every flag in Austin is half mast in respect to the 5 service members killed on American soil. McDonald’s isn’t, I can’t even imagine why, while they say they are trying to attract business.

If you absolutely have to have Mcdonalds, for the sake of all things good, don’t choose this one. On 3.28 at around 830 pm I went here to get some french fries. When I ordered I told them very specifically to make sure the are fresh, because the last few times I’ve been they were stale. When I get my food, the dude working the second window just hands me a bag and shuts the window in my face without saying a word. Sweet. Then I try one of the fries before I drive off to make sure they aren’t stale. Boy was I disappointed. not only were they incredibly stale, but they weren’t even hot anymore– room temp. at best. Honestly, I WOULDNTHAVEEVENEATENTHOSEFRIESIF I WASHIGH. So I waited until he opened the window again and I told him they were DISGUSTING and asked him to please give me the fresh fries I has asked for. This kid seriously rolled his eyes at me, and took my fries. And few seconds later he opens the window back up and basically throws the new fries at me. Seriously, at least 10 spilled all over my car. Then he just walked off, again without saying a word. Awesome customer service, yo. You could have at least done one thing right.

Ok, I’m really confused. I drive by this place about every day and they’ve had a giant sign advertising their drive thru open 24hrs now. Just went to give it a try… CLOSED! The whole place was dark and not a person or car was in sight. I must be missing something, besides junk food in the middle of the night. ZERO stars for false advertising.

Honestly, I don’t know why I’m even writing this… I guess bad customer service is a big pet peeve of mine. I know your life must suck and all, ya know, working for McDonald’s. But come on. at least be a good person. 10:30pm 12÷4÷14. I order, the manager says«pull forward». I ask«how much», she says«just pull forward already». So I pull up to the nearest open window, 3 minutes later… I hear a very disrespectful and condescending voice tell me to pull forward to the 3rd windown(maybe I should have just guessed that that’s the one I should have driven up to) So I do, she still does not tell me what it costs so I hand her the closest dollar amount I can guess, she hands me my change, and almost intentionally drops my change on the ground and says… «Oops». I pick it up off the wet ground and drive away with MCDONALDSFOOD… I’ve never been to this location and notttt too thrilled. Haha but once again, not too sure why I’m even taking to time to write this. Maybe just procrastinating from paperwork. Pet peeves made me do it. Have a great night. Stay away from fast food. It’s gross.

This place is TERRIBLE. As I am staying in Austin on business, on 2 occasions I have found myself in need of a very late-night meal. On both occasions, they have gotten my order wrong. Furthermore, on this occasion, my fries were ice cold. Although I had gone thru the drive-thru, I decided to park and get out to get new fries. They very nice manager apologized and then proceeded to give me ANOTHER batch of cold fries. What’s more, the inside was a total mess. Broken machines, trash everywhere(behind the counter) — just awful!

Went through the drive thru over the weekend. Have been a regular at this McDs over the years. Ordered some food and drinks and asked for a medium cup of water. Found out that the policy of the owner, Lopez family, is to charge $ 0.39+tax for water. Cancelled the food order and went elsewhere. Talked the manager prior to cancelling the order and was told it is the owner’s policy. Called the owner to question the policy, after 3 days he called me back as said that is his policy. I mentioned that no other McDs has ever charged me with an order for a medium water. He stated he doesn’t know any fast food that does charge for water. Oh well — so he is so smart he just lost future business. He can believe what he wants but it will be a long time before he gets business from me or my family members. Don’t waste your time with these guys, based on my conversation with the owner and the other reviews the piss poor attitude is a top down issue with the owners. I don’t fault the people working there as many seemed to do the best they can under the structure they have.

The staff is so stupid you wonder how they even get to work in the morning. I lingered for a long time with my unfulfilled order and a long receipt until the smart lady manager finished her break early and set things right for me, because she could tell I was in distress. Thank you, lady manager, I got my nasty chicken sandwich and fries after only twenty minutes. No wonder I only go to McDonald’s for breakfast.(and not this one) What a pile of garbage.

I went through the drive thru this morning(10÷23÷13) a few minutes before 6am. I ordered 2 sausage mcmuffins and lg diet coke. When I got to the second window I was given a sausage mcmuffin, sausage biscuit and a lg diet coke. When I gave my order for the second time the employee gave me a blank stare like I was speaking a different language. She supposedly corrected my order and returned. She then took my credit card and went to one of the front registers and came back with my receipt. Now that I’m at work I see she charged me for something AGAIN I didn’t order. 2 sausage EGG mcmuffins and a lg diet coke. The eggs more than doubled the cost of my order and this is ridiculous. I visit this mcdonalds on a regular basis on my way to work and how this location functions in the mornings is far from par. The only time it functions perfect is when there is an employee at the first window at the register taking the orders and taking payment. Anytime(probably more than 95% of the time) that the second window is in charge of taking the order and taking payment something happens. Unfortunately the something that happens isn’t a something that makes the customer happy. Time delay is the biggest issue but you also have the wrong orders and charging the wrong amounts. This isn’t the first time it has happened to me but is looking like the last time. I’m fed up with the employees and their working abilities or the lack thereof.

I’d rather eat head cheese than a McRib. No, really. I waited nearly 10 minutes to get the legendary McRib and I was sorely disappointed. I took two bites out of the McRib and then I threw my entire meal into the trash. The texture of the meat was unforthcoming. BBQ sauce was dripping all over the place. Yet, there was no flavor. Even the fries were bland and tasteless. Seriously, why do people eat McDonalds? You can get similar tasting food from a Hungry-Man frozen dinner and not even have to put on a shirt or shoes.

It is a sub par McDonald’s. I had a terrible experience at this location a few years ago and decided to try it again recently because of proximity to my office. It is still below average in comparison to other McDonalds locations. Trust me I do not set the bar high when it comes to measuring service quality at a chain fast food retaurant but I do expect… clear speaking cashier, correct order, hot food and correct change. My food was hot and I got correct change. 2 out of 4 ain’t bad I guess. BTW-the new decorations and new management brought my rating up since my visit mentioned in the above paragraph.

This McDonalds is my favorite, and I go to it probably once a week with my son for breakfast(he loves the pancakes and hashbrowns). It’s clean and the interior is nicer than most other McDonalds. I also like seeing the many culinary students studying at the cordon bleu school down the road nearby… If you must. this is the one to go to!
