Kirk just helped my husband and I purchase our first home. We can’t say enough good about Kirk. Above all, Kirk has integrity, and we were proud to have him represent us. Your realtor will be your face to the sellers, to their agent, and to your lending agent. Kirk was fair, kind, responsive, and professional in all circumstances. You never know what may come up when purchasing a home — our seller lost her mother during the process. The seller’s agent later reported to me that she was impressed with Kirk’s helpfulness — in order to keep things moving and be respectful of the seller’s situation, he took on some of the paperwork burden. That is exactly the kind of person we want representing us. I think that people of integrity run in circles — like attracts like. Everyone Kirk recommended to us was also honest and hard-​working. You won’t be sorry if you choose to work with Kirk!

My husband and I just purchased our first home under Kirk’s outstanding guidance. He is as good as it gets. We were navigating the insane Austin market during the summer of 2013 when homes were selling instantly and going for far over asking, but Kirk always looked out for our best interests by doing thorough comps and helping us determine what was a fair price in the market. We never felt pressured to offer; on the contrary, Kirk would honestly advise us if we were interested in a home that he didn’t think was our best fit or a good price.
By the time we found our home, we were CERTAIN we had made the right choice. I’m so thankful for his patience and how well he understood our needs and budget. I would recommend Kirk to any potential buyers or sellers, especially first time home-​buyers.

My husband and I recently purchased our first home with the help and services of Kirk Mancill. From the beginning through the end of the home search process, Kirk was dedicated to finding us our dream home… and he certainly did! The transaction we ended up closing was not your typical home-​buying experience due to issues with financing and inspections, and let’s just say we weren’t the easiest of clients to work with as it was our first time :) BUT, throughout the entire process, Kirk never stopped working hard for us and always represented our best interests. He offered good guidance and professional insight through each step of the way, and remained very responsive and patient to our needs.
