Lone Oak

Absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced. Moved in 1 week ago and discovered many small issues as well as a broken fridge (everything was freezing) and after 3 service calls (and being told that my fridge is brand new when it’s CLEARLY not) and finally going into the office myself, it was finally replaced 4 days later. Meanwhile I’m left figuring out food for those days. I asked for a small ($ 50) rent credit to offset the lost food and the cost for having to eat out every meal for 4 days and was flat out denied. I then go to do laundry a few days later, and find out that my dryer only blows cold air. I call in to make, yet another service call and the guy in the office, Harley, TELLS me to use the heat setting, assuming I have no idea how a dryer works. Then unsympathetically tells me that I have to wait until Monday. I’m not one to write bad reviews and ask for handouts, I consider myself and pretty responsible and reasonable person but I was compelled to share my story. Nothing worse than starting out a 13 month lease at what is supposed to be a «luxury» apartment and dealing with this level of service. Some advice: Rent somewhere else and don’t get caught up dealing with the terrible service here at Lone Oak!

Amazing experience. Natalia is truly an ease to work with. She made the process fun and was very informative along the way. I’m sad that she’s leaving! ! She will be missed greatly I’m sure!
Love our new apartment. They have a smoker for ribs poolside so you can hang out and swim all day. The views are amazing at night and can’t wait to hit the gym early mornings.

Love my apartment! The amenities on the property are good. My only complaint is my rude neighbor upstairs. After many calls to the office about the free DJ I have living in my building blasting his music, no avail STILL. Not too sure I like the new management team. It shouldn’t take 4 calls for an issue to be handled.

This place rocks!!! We just moved in and instantly it feels like home from the fine finishings in our beautiful BRAND NEW apartment to the office staff who is awesome!!! They really made us feel at home from the first second we walked in the door and the manager Brad is so funny and cool and the girls in the office rock and Todd the head of it all always has a smile on his face and everyone loves their jobs in the office :) the fitness facility will be done In a few days and will have state of the art equipment I can’t wait! The two pools are awesome and they have gas grills, a smoker for ribs and fire places outside by the pool that make the ambiance too notch!!! Make this your next home and you will love it! And the views from the hill up here are just the cherry on top! Love love love this place!!!

Lone Oak is AMAZING!!! The exterior of the property is gorgeous! The entire staff is welcoming and accommodating! Natalia & Todd are WONDERFUL and go above and beyond to help make Lone Oak your NEW home! Natalia even offered us cupcakes while we waited. The interior finishes and layouts of the apartments are GORGEOUS!
