Great experience here. I stepped on husband’s glasses during flight to Austin. Came in and Gretchen fixed them right up with a smile!

What do you do when you need glasses ASAP because you have been putting off getting new ones for almost two years and you realize your company benefits end in two weeks? You go to to your old standby, LensCrafters.
What I loved about this experience:
–They greeted me and offered help but left me alone with a tray to touch everything in sight (see what I did there?) and pick out my favorites.
–My salesperson took a photo of me and helped me narrow it down to two pairs from my six. She was so patient with me and even called over two other salespeople so I could have a second and third opinion. (Hey, it’s tough to commit!) She even offered to take selfies so I could send them to my friends. (I declined as I felt that was bordering on a new level of indecisiveness, even for me.)
–She didn’t try to up-​sell me on anything and when I couldn’t remember what coating was on my last pair, she somehow magically found me in the database from my last purchase in California from 2007.
–The actual time from paying for my glasses to picking them up was an hour! (Depending on how you customize it can take longer, FYI.)
The whole process was painless and the salespeople were fantastic. They have a great selection of high-​end and trendy, less expensive options. Next time I won’t wait another seven years for a new pair.
