Sam has set up two guitars for me and repaired a couple of minor issues with both of them. What I appreciate about his service is that he is patient with me when I explain what is going on with my guitar and he takes time to explain the potential issues and solutions. Most importantly, he looks for the least invasive fix first, with an eye toward maintaining the value of the instrument. In addition, he has given me invaluable advice for maximizing my guitars’ respective potentials, considering my personal style and tone. I am looking forward to taking him the next three guitar projects I have and many more after that.
