Allison and Amanda have done a fantastic job for us over the past two years. They are:

By far 5 stars. Amanda was prompt and so helpful coordinating with my schedule to get a cleaning gal out to my place that worked best for me. Daisy cleaned my home and besides being adorable and super sweet she was on time, efficient and did a fantastic job cleaning my studio. She deep cleaned my tub, floors and fridge and did an outstanding and thorough job.
I would recommend her to anyone needing a great house cleaner. Each person I dealt with from Hummingbird was prompt, kind, efficient and thorough.

This company is wonderful. They do an excellent job and are completely reliable. I have never written a Unilocal review and so that should tell you something… hire them. I had to get my house cleaned as we were hosting a party. When the staff person who was supposed to clean had an emergency, the owner, Allison, came to my house herself and cleaned it. This is a true sign of a small business that does what it needs to do to make it work and keep the customer happy. They deserve our business!

I have used many people from local listings in the past and they have always been notoriously unreliable. I then called many cleaning companies and gathered quotes and read reviews posted online. Hummingbird stood out from the rest.
Allison visited my apartment, spoke to me about what I needed and was willing to work with my budget. She was able to accommodate me by sending someone out on short notice. Tina came by and did a great job, and I loved that they were on the ball about making regular scheduling. I am glad I found this place, they are affordable, professional and great at what they do!

This company does excellent work and I definitely recommend them.
To begin, Allison comes out and meets you, makes a list of supplies needed (she buys for you and adds to first bill), gives you a price, and works out your schedule.
For a while I hired folks off of local bulletin boards, but they rotated out of the work pretty quickly. And I had to ‘vet’ new ones. Now Hummingbird does this for me and I’m happy to pay a bit more for it. They clean my small apartment with bright rugs and art every other week. The ‘cleaners,’ men and women, have been kind, interesting, and a pleasure to have around. I always feel my abode is lighter, brighter, warmer when they are done. I have hardwood floors that are mopped every time.
It’s a small local business trying hard! In my case, I don’t have health conditions that demand eco-​cleaners, but I believe it’s better for me and my guests and the smell and look are lovely.

On time, friendly, and thorough! I especially liked that they talked with me up front to get clear on my expectations and special requests. The first thing my kids said when they got home was «Gosh it smells SOOO good in here!» I’ll be using them again for sure.
