Went in with a broke watch band (missing pin) — was fixed in 1 minute. I was out of cash and started to pay with my credit card, he refused payment and said it was on the house. What a great way to run a business, will be back for any jewelry purchases or repairs in the future.

This business is not your typical jewelry store. They do repairs on site. The owners are very friendly and can accommodate almost any request. I dropped off a ring to be sized and was impressed with the professionalism and desire to please each customer. They were even able to fix a broken nose piece from a pair of glasses on the spot and were kind enough to keep my granddaughter occupied by keeping her busy playing with their precious dog. If you live in Lakeway or Bee Cave, this is the best jewelry store area! You won’t be disappointed.
