Disgusting pizza! The dough was so bland, hard and cold that I through it away after one slice, trying to convince myself that it was even editable. Staff was rude and unwelcoming.

This Gattis use to be really great but in the past 3 months has turned really bad, like very bad. Ingredients(even cheese) don’t cover the whole pizza. Overall production quality is bad

It’s not possible to give zero stars, ordered Pizza at 9 pm. Got it at 1030 pm colder than ice. Without the sauce I ordered. And only half of my order.

What the heck is wrong with this place I ordered a medium pizza and I live 2 minutes away and they said it will be 50 minutes and the guy arrives an hour and a half later the pizza was cold and cost 19 $ it was a medium don’t go here

Not good. Can you say cardboard crust? I definitely doubt they use fresh crust. It looked and tasted like it had been previously frozen. Frozen bake and rise pizzas are MUCH better, ESPECIALLY for the price. 20 bucks for a large«special!» The only reason they get 2 stars instead of one is the one positive is that the ingredients on top were at least evenly distributed — which has been a reoccurring issue with some other delivery joints. ??? Will not be ordering again. Yuck.

Very messy pizza. Toppings rolling all over the place… Not enough sauce… crust is okay. I’d rather have Pizza Hut or papa johns… which is sad because I like to support the smaller chains.

This is not good pizza. I was fooled by seeing their delivery cars running all over our neighborhood, it must be because they are the only company that will deliver. Terrible pizza, really really bad. Someone compared it to frozen pizza, I think that is a very fair comparison. We got two pizza’s with extra cheese and I’m convinced that they forgot to put cheese on it.

I’ve never had Gatti’s prior to my gluten free days. However they recently started offering gluten free pizza so I had to try it. Its very good. Most places in austin that offer gluten free pizza get their crust from the same place, who’s name escapes me at the moment. So its really up to the chain to add their own flare to it. Gatti’s take on it is crunchy where as austins gf pizza crust is sweet and borderline soggy. So it is a different texture for sure. Also gatti’s chops their veggies finer which is great because they end up more equally distributed a cross the whole pizza. I’m not sure all their pizzas are like this but their gluten free pizza has an overall Smokey savory flavor which I feel is unique in gluten free pizza.

I don’t think I’ve ever had pizza that was this bad. Frozen pizza is even superior to this place. It’s super greasy and the flavor is offensive. I do not recommend this place and will never eat here again. Since I can’t vouch for the other local pizza places, do yourself a favor and just go with a national chain.
