Kim shot our 2006 wedding, and to this day people still talk about how wonderful our photographer was and how beautiful our pictures are! She was so wonderful to work with throughout the entire process.
My husband and I wanted engagement photos taken both outdoors and also in a studio, and we searched high and low for someone who was willing to do both. So many photographers right now are skilled for natural light photography only, and while that’s lovely, we really wanted someone who could also take a great studio photo without it looking like an Olan Mills shoot. Kim was the answer! She has an excellent studio with lots of room, and the areas surrounding her studio downtown were perfect for the outdoor portion of our engagement shoot. When we got those incredible photos back, I just knew our wedding photos would be exactly what we had hoped for.
Kim also shot my bridal photos before the wedding, and let me tell you, I have never felt more beautiful in my entire life! (Well, except for the wedding day!) Of course, those photos were stellar also. My mom and I both cried when we saw the slideshow of my bridals that Kim prepared. Kim is great at directing you to stand or move in a way that photographs well, but doesn’t look unnatural. I think clients that may be slightly nervous about having photos taken will be put completely at ease in front of Kim’s camera.
And as for the wedding… Not only was Kim completely organized and totally on top of timelines, communication, and everything else that goes into working with a tight wedding day schedule, but she and her assistant captured EVERY. SINGLE. MOMENT of our wedding without missing a beat. I can’t even believe that she and her assistant were able to be in so many places at once… and aside from the posed/​formal shots we chose to do, we didn’t even notice them at all the whole time! Kim’s presence at the wedding was efficient and seamless. Our wedding photos completely tell the «story» of our wedding day — not one moment went uncaptured.
And in a true testament to how utterly gorgeous Kim’s work is, our wedding photos were stellar enough to be selected for a feature story on our wedding in the Fall 2007 issue of Austin Wedding Day Magazine!

Kim shot my wedding and I could not be happier! When I sent the login to look at photos to some family and friends that could not attend, they were blown away by the wonderful photos.
