Dorothy’s philosophy that every cake should look and taste great made the process of getting a birthday cake for my husband more fun than it has ever been. I gave her a simple idea and she turned it into a cake that I am sure will always be remembered. The cake was delicious, but beyond that, the theme was perfect for him. Remember that «Little Mermaid» cake (or whatever it was) that you HAD to have as a little kid? Dorothy will make that for you (or someone else) now that you are grown-​up. And, it will be way fancier than if it had plastic decorations and WAY better to eat too!
