This store has (or at least had, the last time I checked) the same owner as Fitness In Motion on Great Hills, so this review is for both stores. They have been very good to me over the years, and I in turn have been good to them, having purchased a few thousand in equipment there.
I find the sales staff both knowledgeable and eager to help, and I was surprised that their prices are comparable to what I could find online. Plus, they have really taken good care of me post-​sale, answering any questions I had. They even came to my house once to fix a broken item for me that was entirely my fault, but the fix only took a couple of minutes, so they didn’t charge me for the trip.
I think I’m pretty much set with fitness equipment for at least the next decade, but if I ever need any more, I’m definitely coming back :)

We’ve been shopping here since we moved to Texas. We’ve bought 2 treadmills, a recumbent stationary bike, 2 spin bikes, an amazing elliptical (True CS900) and tons of miscellaneous gym equipment when we stop by the store. They deliver and assemble at our home gym and are very timely and thorough on service calls. We have put many miles on our treadmills and have had them completely overhauled and it was still under warranty. Except a small service call fee because we live over an hour from the store. Dillon has always been great to us, James always remembers who we are, the delivery/​install guys are great and John who does our repairs is always so upbeat and knows exactly what he’s doing. Wish we had more room in our gym because we just love this store!

I have purchased gear at Fitness HQ for years. My most recent experience proves WHY I do. I had purchased a Lifecycle and when it was delivered, something just wasn’t right with it. After a quick discussion with my sales person, Dillion, they sent a tech out to look. Sure enough, there was something not right with the bike. instead of trying to repair this brand-​new cycle, Dillon arranged to have the bike replaced a couple of days later.
All is good now. The installers and tech crew were professional and very helpful. I highly recommend these guys. You may be a few extra bucks for the professional gear, but you will be happy you did down the road.
