The Lakeway branch of First American Title is just absolutely amazing! The first thing I would like to point out is that their office is in Lakeway but they will go wherever they are needed. If you need them to pick up contracts or documents or you would like to close in a certain part of Austin, they will accommodate you. They have 13 offices all over Austin so you may close at any one of them!
Melinda Carroll and Jean Rude make a great team at First American Title. Melinda is a sales manager and she is always asking Realtors what she can do to help their business grow. Jean is an escrow officer that actually does the title work and makes sure you are in the loop and in the know throughout the whole process.
The Lakeway Branch of First American Title will go above and beyond for their clients and I would recommend them to anyone needing title insurance for their home.
