We have had a multitude of prints framed here. It’s expensive here however the work is excellent. All-​in-​all the staff is friendly and the final product has never disappointed.

We had an oversized rare autographed print that our movers broke the glass on and scraped up the frame. We couldn’t fit it into our car, so we called and they said the owner could pick it up in his van for us.
They not only repaired the glass, but also fixed the frame so it looked like new. I couldn’t even find where the spot was!
I was a little concerned that it was left outside our door where it could have been stolen, but regarding the actual craft of framing, I have no complaints!

I hired them to frame my wedding photo and it was a tricky job. They really made it look nice and I am very happy with it. It was a bit pricey but I don’t know enough to say someone cheaper would have done a better job. My wife is very happy with it.

Best service and quality framing in Austin! We used them for a small oil painting and Josh expertly guided us through the many selections of wood, style, color, and price.
We’re extremely pleased with the result and will be back soon. It’s not inexpensive, but is worth the price for any work of art you like to look at everyday.

we will use them again if need be. the staff are professional and very good at helping out, taking their time, allowing us to take our time, and the selection on options is vast. our artwork has been framed in the best possible way. great job guys! Took one week for two large art works to be cut, matted, framed archival quality work.

I bought my girlfriend a print for her birthday and needed to get it framed. I just had a general idea of what I wanted it to look like, but definitely needed some help picking the right frame and matting.
I was hesitant to come here because it just looked like a chain and I didn’t think I’d be able to get the help I was looking for, but I was totally wrong! This place might look like a chain from the outside, but inside I immediately felt like this was a local frame shop with super knowledge people who really want to help me. I worked with Josh who made some amazing recommendations on the frame, and also a creative way to mat it to really highlight the colors in the piece.
Really amazing experience. Would highly recommend.

They did a very good job on a piece of art, and had some creative ideas for mounting and using spacers to make it look extra special. They were fast and friendly, and I only subtracted a star because it was fairly pricey for what I got.
They had a lot of nice examples of framing memorabilia (jerseys, etc.), and doing more than standard picture frame jobs. I’d recommend them for more special items, and might shop around for more standard framing work. I also understand that they do some light restoration work.

I don’t know why, but I had this idea in my mind that people who work at framing places must be snooty. That is completely NOT the case at Fastframe — those guys are so down to earth and helpful. I went in there with a pretty minor job and they got it done very quickly and at a very reasonable price. It looks great! If I need anything similar in the future, I’ll be back.

If I had known about FastFrame sooner, I would have brought all my stuff here!
I have been wandering around Austin the last few weeks, going to different framers, trying to find a good price for a difficult piece to frame. Nobody seemed to listen to what I wanted to do with it.
But at FastFrame, I lucked out and found Josh. He listened to what I wanted to do but more importantly, HEARD me when I told him my budget. Not only will the piece be done in two days (before I move out of Austin) but it came in at a doable price.

I had a keepsake photo and some dried roses from my mother-​in-​laws funeral and wanted them displayed — but did not know how. Ted was fabulous at designing the shadow box and he meticiously crafted the box. It is stunning. This is a real gift for my husband. I highly recommend them for creativity.

Possibly some of the BEST SERVICE I’ve EVER HAD ANYWHERE! I needed a custom frame job for a retirement party gift, and my colleagues and I could not be more pleased with how it turned out! After a recommendation to go to Fast Frame from a friend, I was greeted there by a friendly face and helped through every part of the decision-​making process with patience, expertise, and a fine eye. Teddy, the person who assisted me, provided me with a multitude of options but also helped me to narrow down my choices to what would look best with my picture. The craftsmanship on the framing is BEAUTIFUL– every detail looks perfect. Fast frame is well worth the investment for a beautiful frame job!
