Dr. Smith and his team made my first root canal experience as easy as possible. I felt well taken care of from my first call with Erika and felt in good hands throughout the procedure.
Dr. Smith was kind, communicative, and professional. Everything healed well and I am happily giving the team 5 stars and recommend this office.

Receptionist Erika was a delight from our very first phone conversation all the way up to completion. She was quick, capable, and informative regarding insurance coverage. Thanks to the seasoned expertise of Dr. Smith, my procedure took only about 30 – 40 minutes with very little resultant pain afterward. He has an easy, gentle, and steadily competent way about him, too. One aspect of their office that I really liked is that it is rather small, easy to locate, and not overly busy; I felt like I was as an important part of their day as they were mine. I wish all dental/​medical experiences were this easy.
I am hopeful that this «retreat» will fully correct my faulty prior procedure, which was done elsewhere. But there’s apparently never a guarantee with such procedures, so I cannot fault them for that.
One home-​run move that I very much appreciate: Shortly after I left the office, I received an email from them detailing what was done, complete with before-​and-​after images to share with my general dentist. Good job, folks!

Yesterday I had a root canal by Dr Y. Patel. Initially I had wanted to see Dr Smith, but rather than waiting for him to return to the office, Dr Patel was kind enough to do it for me. From the minute I walked into the office, I was greeted by Erica. She made me feel at ease and set the groundwork for Chastity, KIM and Dr. Patel when I got to the back office. Rebecca, finished the process at check-​out, only confirming that I had made the right decision. No one ever wants to have another root canal, but if the time comes – I know who I will call after my general dentist.
