Had a great experience. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Nancy went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and explained every step which I really appreciated, even recommended treatments for problem areas that I brought up as concerns. Thanks!!!

Michelle is by far the best I’ve ever been to for spa services. She is on top of the current laws and regulations making sure everyone on her staff follows them to a T. unlike many other spas in the area. She’s a knowledgeable instructor and leader. The establishment is super clean and the services «amazing». I’ve had tattoo removal, laser hair removal and cosmetic injections all with amazing results. I highly recommend any of their three offices.

I found this spa using a groupon, but have gone back to them time and time again. I have had IPL treatments here and facials. They do a wonderful job and are very professional. I love this place and recommend them to all my friends.

Very thorough in explanation of services and technique. I’ve had IPL at three other places. None offered such an education on the process, including what theraputic goal option to set the machine for, or that cold numbing gel. Fair price even when special isn’t in effect.

I have had treatments from both Michelle and Nicole, an IPL and an Endy med. Both girls are very professional and knowledgeable of everything they offer I’ve had IPL’s other places but their’s seemed much stronger and the results were more noticeable. As for the Endy Med, I’m hooked! I ran across a deal on Facebook for the IPL so look out for that and give Elements a try, I’m sure glad I did.

I visited Elements Laser Spa on S Congress yesterday and had a wonderful experience. I went in for a facial and received an excellent treatment from Erica. She was friendly and professional. She gave me some wonderful tips to improve my skin. She was able to fit me in at the last minute (I think she stayed late just for me). I would go back again and tell friends to as well. I bought a Groupon for a facial and 20 units of Botox. I have had Botox once before, and I knew the areas I wanted treated, and the amounts that should be used in each area. The technician refused my request, saying that she would only administer «the FDA recommended amounts for each area.» I asked her if I could just do the same thing I had done at my previous esthetician (out of state or I would still be going there!). She replied in a deliberately slow and patronizing way, «Let me repeat myself. THE FDA APPROVED AMOUNTS ARE 20 UNITS FOR BETWEEN THE BROWS, 12 UNITS PER EYE FOR CROWS FEET…» etc. She was insisting on DOUBLE what I was given at my last treatment, and I was very happy with the results last time. All of the other doctors I have contacted say that the minimum effective dose is recommended. If you are going for a subtle look, please be advised that this is not the place. The between eyebrow area I had treated is completely «frozen,» like I specifically requested not to have happen.
Update: As of 1÷24÷14, I contacted Allergan, the company that makes Botox Cosmetic, and they explained that lower dosages ARE allowed, at the doctor’s discretion. I recommend looking for a doctor or technician who uses «discretion.»

First, I rarely write negative reviews. I am usually the first to praise, in fact!
Next, I decided to stop using GroupOn altogether because of Urban Laser Spa. I will never trust another GroupOn again due to the horrible treatment I received here. I paid $ 139 to GroupOn and they charged me another $ 250 only to have the botox injected unevenly! It was horrible. I was so embarrassed to be seen after this treatment! I had to go to my trustworthy RN to have her undo what they did! (I had to find humor in it, in the end) The technician is not skilled whatsoever in this area. I am disputing the $ 250 charge. Let’s hope I get the credit.

I purchased a living social for three microdermabrasions. Today I had my first treatment. I was very pleased with the Spa in general. Friendly service, knowledgable clinician, nice product/​service selections. It’s also a dental office that takes dental insurance, good to know. The office is clean and up to date with technology. So far I’m impressed.

Been going for laser hair removal and dysport! Love Betty– she’s reliable, consistent and very personable. She makes you feel at ease and we always have a fun time catching up. She won’t push services but if you ask she will gently tell you the things she thinks will work beat for your skin type and problem areas. She’s a real girls girl!

Very pleased with the experience when I redeemed a groupon for an IPL photofacial. I have had photofacials at another spa (I’ll call it «B») in the past and this was my first visit to Urban. The technician, Helen, was very thorough and ultra knowledgeable. She was gently persistant about applying lidocaine to my face for protection from pain. I didn’t ask for it, having learned on my last IPL I could do without (the technician at B refused to apply it due to HER time constraints). At Urban, Helen looked out for me at each step. She made sure lidocaine was applied.
Another departure from the other place, Helen took the time to read my profile, very carefully examine my skin & ask penetrating questions. She carefully weighed everything before determining laser settings. Helen told me what to expect at each step. She often changed the settings for different parts of my face, examined results as she went along, and reworked certain resistant areas. She really worked it.
The procedure and results were the best I have had. A lot of debris surfaced and sloughed off over the next few days. The sunspots and red veins are finally gone.
The technician’s professionalism was refreshing. She is a grown up with knowledge and experience (she knew about psoriasis, you’d be surprised how many do not). I suspect she’s not in it for the freebies but was led to this field due to her techy aptitude and interest. I can and have recommended Urban to my more hoity-​toity friends with deeper pockets; they will be very satisfied. When I can scrape up the funds, I’d like to return and take it to the next level — fillers next, or should I say «filler up».

I have been to Urban on four different occasions for three different treatments. I have done Dysport, a vital peel and an IPL photo facial. Every time I go it, everyone is so nice and welcoming. Karen does a great job and she really wants you to be happy with whatever services you get. I feel like they are constantly running specials and there are usually some really good deals. I have referred two friends who were also really happy with their services.
I have not had any dental work so I cannot really speak about the dental aspect but I have been thrilled with all of the skin services. I also got some really amazing skin care products there that have helped my face stay smooth and younger looking!

This is late in coming as I went to see Betty last year for an IPL photofacial due to purchasing a groupon for it to get rid of some sun damage on my face. I’m not really sure why people say the receptionist is rude. I’ve had two treatments there and both times she was pleasant and friendly. Maybe there’s another person for dentistry? On the initial visit both the receptionist and Betty took a look at my skin to make sure I would benefit from IPL. Betty was wonderful at answering any questions I had and making me relax and advising me of aftercare and what to expect before I started getting zapped. Sort of felt like a a hot staple being flung at my face. Not pleasant, but not an ordeal either.
I had two very dark spots and after two treatments they are barely seen. I liked them so much I recommended this place to one of my friends for the same procedure and she also loves the results!
So if you’re looking for IPL Photofacials I highly recommend this place, as Betty is a total sweetheart, and while a bit expensive, you get the full value for your money.

Okay… I went down to see Betty at Urban Dentistry and Laser Spa. I had my second IPL treatment on my face. I am so happy with the results from the first one I can’t imagine what the second one will do… I had freckles and brown spots from sun damage and it’s amazing what one treatment did. I don’t have to wear foundation anymore to cover up the spots. I am having my second treatment to get the spots that if you look really close you can see and some broken capillaries. I know I am a big chicken when it come to pain but Betty gives you the numbing cream ahead of time and makes it as painless as possible. I trust Betty so when we were talking about Dysport (like botox) I decided to get my frown line in-​between my eyebrows injected. I will update how it turns out… After the injection Betty then moved on the laser hair removal. She did my bikini area first and then under arms. Betty is so professional I never felt uncomfortable. Betty is easy to talk to while she is doing her work. I am so happy to have found Betty I probably never would have ever done anything with a laser but I know Betty knows her stuff… I made my next appointment already… :) Update to the frown line Dysport… It turned out great… I already got my rebate check back… I just love this place… This makes me mad that my review is not where it can be seen… Very irritating when you take the time to write something and someone disregards it.
