I just wanted to share my experience with Efficient Exercise. Efficient Exercise offers a one-on-one 20 – 30 minute strength training session. The exercises are progressive, intense, effective and efficient. I don’t know where I get the strength, but Keith, my wonderful personal trainer is sure to find it! I attend once a week and by the time I’m done I can sure feel why I can only do one 30 minute session a week! Wow!!! I’m hooked, I love it and I highly recommend it. Call them and make an appointment. The first session is complementary. All the trainers at Efficient Exercise are amazing and you’ll love the results!
