EcoMaids

I have used Eco Maids once before with a deal I purchased online, and they were terrific. I was able to use them again today, and I wasn’t disappointed. The nicest Ladies showed up and HUSTLED. I was the first job of the day, and I was aware they had other jobs, but not once did I feel that they shortcutted in order to get out faster. They dusted things that don’t even occur to me to dust! I appreciated the EXTREMELY polite, kind, and general demeanor of these employees. I checked around as they finished each room, and it was spot on immaculate.
I really appreciate the luxury of this service. Thank you for making my house beautiful. I WILL be a patron again in the future.

Before the ladies of EcoMaids even left my home, I did a secret happy-​dance in my bedroom while «checking on their work.» Everything was so clean!
Learned about the newly opened, eco-​and-​family-​friendly home cleaning service via Groupon. My zip code wasn’t listed in their service area, so I called to see if they could make an exception. Not only did the owner, Thomas, happily agree to extend their services to my area, but he also personally sweetened-​up their Grand Opening specials for me – $ 99 for an Initial and Deep Clean Service of my 2 bedroom, 2 bath home (regular cost ~$ 170)!
I was given a one-​hour window for their arrival (in consideration of traffic); regardless, the two ladies arrived right on time! They were very professional, yet not too closed-​off. One of them, Francesca, even answered all my questions on how to properly clean and maintain my bathrooms (instructions were somehow not included in my Guide to a Happy Marriage handbook)!
There was a discrepancy between their work-​order and what I had verbally discussed with Thomas, but Francesca quickly got ahold of Thomas on his personal cell. Thomas was more than apologetic about the work-​order typo, and he clarified our verbal agreement with the ladies.
Even after the confusion, neither Francesca or her partner, Jessica, acted the least bit disgruntled at having to clean an extra two rooms. In fact, they stayed an hour later than their scheduled two-​hours, just to thoroughly have every corner and space cleaned! Then, before they left, they gave me a sweet little parting gift — a nice little travel set of organic toiletries (see picture)!
The only reason EcoMaids is not receiving a full five stars is because I felt that one of the ladies was not as thorough at cleaning than the other. I had to go back and pick up a few dust balls and wipe a couple of small surfaces. They were very small areas, and, like I already said, they were overall extremely thorough. My home is the cleanest it’s ever been! Plus, the fact that their products are completely green and non-​toxic gives me reassurance to allow my baby to explore to her little heart’s desire!
